Remorse After Breaking Up (Sebastian) novel Chapter 666

The Stonebrook family was one of the four major families of the southern region, with all their elders being divine grandmasters.

Septimus, in particular, was a middle-stage divine grandmaster. His power was truly terrifying.

As he made his move, the pressure from his released aura alone made it hard for anyone nearby to breathe.

Hendrick and Abigail looked on with faces full of concern, and even Kaitlyn's eyes flashed with worry. But there was little they could do; they were powerless to stop the Stonebrook family from killing Sebastian.

Septimus struck as quickly as lightning as his hand reached out to grasp Sebastian's neck. Just as it seemed he would succeed, Sebastian suddenly countered, reacting faster and landing a punch directly into Septimus's palm.

With a resounding sound, Septimus' arm shattered instantly.

"Argh!" Septimus let out a pained scream and staggered back in terror.

Then, with a swift movement, Sebastian chased him down and grabbed Septimus by the throat.

"What?"

The crowd erupted into chaos. Everyone was utterly stunned. A powerful middle-stage divine grandmaster like Septimus had been defeated in a single move by Sebastian.

Sebastian's strength was beyond terrifying.

Korbin and Kaitlyn were the most shocked. Not long ago, Sebastian had participated in the Netherworld Sect's assessment.

To them, Sebastian was just an ordinary person, perhaps at most a warrior. After all, if he were a grandmaster or divine grandmaster, why would he bother with the assessment?

Camden was initially stunned, then erupted in fury. "I've really underestimated you. If you release Septimus now, I might leave your corpse intact!"

Heather was equally shocked and enraged, and she yelled, "Sebastian, he's from the Stonebrook family! If you dare to kill him, you won't even have a grave to rest in!"

Feeling frustrated, Kaitlyn said, "I didn't realize your strength was so formidable, but you still can't be arrogant. The Stonebrook family's power far exceeds your imagination. Gouging out your eyes and breaking your hands is the best outcome I could negotiate for you."

Sebastian smiled lightly and replied, "Ms. Gardner, I appreciate your kindness, but I'm not in the habit of self-mutilation."

"I know it's hard to accept, but it's better to live miserably than to die. If you can preserve your life, I can ensure you live comfortably for the rest of your days," Kaitlyn offered.

Sebastian calmly responded, "I appreciate your good intentions, but I will never harm myself. Besides, these are just a few petty clowns; what can they do to me?"

With a resounding crack, Sebastian finished speaking and snapped Septimus's neck. Septimus's eyes widened in shock before he collapsed lifelessly to the ground.

"Holy... did this guy actually kill the seventh elder of the Stonebrook family? That's insane!"

Everyone was utterly stunned.
