Sebastian followed Jaric to his house, and the latter asked curiously, "Mr. Wilder, did you receive the magical artifact Vulcan left behind?"
Delaney turned to Sebastian with curious eyes as well because he hadn't used any magical artifact in the battle earlier.
"There aren't any magical artifacts in the forbidden grounds. Instead, there was only a pool of blood and flames which could forge the body," Sebastian explained.
"That explains why your body is so tough. It turns out that you've forged your body in the forbidden ground." It dawned upon Jaric, and he nodded.
Sebastian continued, "The flames in the forbidden grounds have been extinguished, but the energy within the pool of blood is immense.
"Although I've absorbed a lot, you shouldn't underestimate the remaining energy. It can be used to forge your bodies."
Jaric nodded and asked with hope written all over his face, "Mr. Wilder, do you have the solution to break our curse?"
Irina wore a look of hope, too. Since they were cursed, it made no difference to them whether they cultivated or not because they could only achieve the pinnacle demigod realm.
More importantly, their fertility rate dropped. If they couldn't break the curse, their family would die out in a few hundred years.
"I'm not sure, but I'll give it a shot," Sebastian said and bit his finger before dripping a drop of blood into a glass of water.
"Drink this." He pushed the water, which was mixed with his blood, to Jaric.
Without hesitation, Jaric finished the water. Next, a strange wave of energy emanated from his body, as though something was being released.
