Trent was a five-star Lesser Deity Master. His combat prowess remained unshaken despite missing an arm. With a swift stroke of his sword, a fiery red sword energy ripped through the air as if aiming to tear the world itself in two.
With a stoic expression, Sebastian had no intention of dodging or using his weapon. Instead, he thrust his fist directly at the incoming strike.
Everyone stopped fighting, and their eyes fixed on Sebastian. They wondered if he could counter that sword energy bare-handed.
Delaney had just arrived and instinctively clenched her fists. Her heart raced, and worry filled her eyes as she witnessed the impending clash.
Sebastian's fist collided with the fiery red sword energy, which resulted in a thunderous boom that shattered the energy into fragments.
"What?" Trent's eyes widened in shock and disbelief. He was a five-star warrior, yet Sebastian shattered his sword energy with a single punch. The raw power behind it defied reason.
What unsettled Trent even more was the complete absence of spiritual energy from Sebastian's body and his reliance solely on his raw physical strength.
"How can a mortal body be so powerful? What the hell are you?" Trent demanded as he stared at Sebastian.
He doubted Sebastian was even human. While a person could grow stronger through training, achieving such terrifying strength seemed impossible.
But Sebastian had no time for idle chatter. Descending from above, he aimed a crushing stomp at Trent's head.
Caught between astonishment and wrath, Trent swung his sword up in a last-ditch defense.
