Delaney called out into the air, and immediately two guards in golden armor stepped out from a nearby corner. "Greetings, Princess Delaney," they said.
"Follow that man quietly. I want to know everything about him," Delaney instructed.
"Yes, Your Highness," the two guards responded, heading in the direction Sebastian had gone.
Up ahead, Sebastian quickly noticed he was being followed, but he didn't pay it much mind. He strolled confidently into a merchant guild and bought a large quantity of supplies, spending over 200 thousand spiritual stones.
Afterward, he returned to the Berry Manor.
"Where have you been, you good-for-nothing?" Fiona yelled the moment she saw him.
"I went out for a walk. Why? Do you have a problem with that?" Sebastian asked, visibly annoyed by her.
Fiona sneered. "You worthless fool, let me remind you that the Berry family doesn't support freeloaders."
"I won't spend a single one of your family's spiritual stones, nor will I eat a single bite of your food!" Sebastian snorted and turned to head back to his room.
"Stop right there!"
Fiona blocked his way, furious. "Even if you don't eat or drink, you still live under our roof. Besides, as part of this family, you're required to contribute!"
Sebastian felt an urge to slap her, but he held back, hoping Lila might accept him one day. Trying his best to restrain himself, he asked, "Fine, what exactly do you want?"
"Didn't I make it clear? You need to contribute. Since you're useless and have no money, you'll handle all the chores from now on!
Seeing this, Fiona smirked with disdain. "What? Are you thinking of hitting me? Go ahead, if you dare!"
Before Fiona could finish her sentence, Sebastian slapped her across the face. With a loud slap, Fiona spun back several feet and crashed hard onto the ground.
Trevor was out on business, and Lila had taken Quinn out. Fiona did have one attendant, but she was out shopping, so the two of them were alone in the house.
Even so, Fiona had never expected that Sebastian would dare to hit her.
Fiona was also a skilled seven-star demigod. She quickly got up from the ground, her eyes blazing with fury as she glared at Sebastian. "You worthless scum! How dare you strike me? I'll kill you!"
With a furious roar, Fiona lunged at Sebastian as a fierce killing intent radiated from her. Sebastian narrowed his eyes at this. There was a cold glint flashing in them.
