Then Angela said, “Gloria, it‘s not that I don‘t trust you, but you are not good at dealing with such issues. If you are really a professional and very experienced in this area, I am certainly in favor of your proposal, and you should know how important this project is. Even if we reject the Brown Group‘s request, I can‘t put you in charge of this project. You guys can get back to work now.”

Angela’s voice sounded firm and helpless.

Gloria looked at Angela and laughed, “Angela, are you the one who can make the decision for the whole company?”

Everyone heard Angela reject Gloria‘s request.
