“Mom, I’m a public figure. All the attention would be on me if I said something in that situation,” Sharon explained. “What in the world happened? Didn’t we talk about this? It was supposed to be Anthony…”

The older one is, the wiser they are. Even though Carolyn had just had a meltdown in front of the reporters, she could still consider that Kelvin and Gracie were still there.

“Aunty, a-are you okay?” asked Kisa deliberately. Carolyn shot Kisa a fierce look, but she did not dare act up in front of Kelvin and Gracie. “I’m fine,” she sneered.

Gracie’s outlook on life was almost shattered to pieces. She stood by the door without making a sound.

“What were you doing, Aunty? If you want to have relations outside your marriage, then just do it secretly. Why did you have to create such a situation and pretend that Anthony’s people knocked us out? I thought we were getting robbed,” said Kelvin with a frown.

Carolyn choked with anger as she glared at Kelvin and said, “Shut up.”

“What? Am I wrong? I’m going to tell my grandpa about this, so he doesn’t ask me to come here again to witness such a horrid scene.”

Kisa smirked. ‘Kelvin’s ability to annoy someone certainly isn’t inferior to Gilbert’s,‘ she thought.

Carolyn was so mad that her face turned red. “Get out! Get out of here!” she yelled.

Kisa grabbed her wrist and said coldly, “Didn’t you ask Anthony to kidnap us, strip Kelvin and

me down, and throw us on the bed so that you can let the reporters take pictures of us? I found the plan to be rather interesting. I have to apologize, aunty, but in order not to let your plans go to waste, I had to let you have a taste of it yourself.”

Sharon’s eyes widened as she looked over at Carolyn subconsciously.
