Reborn From Ashes novel Chapter 333

Eventually, it was time for lunch. Christina ordered two portions of takeout and ate with Hayden.

"We need to be extra careful over the next couple of days. I suspect someone might target our company," Hayden said gravely as he ate.

"What? Who would go after our company?" Christina asked in shock.

Logically, the influencers were all done filming. They shouldn't be making a move now. Furthermore, the videos had not even been released yet. If someone wanted to stir up trouble, it would be easy to have them removed right away. Why would they go after the company?

"It's the Sterling family. You better stay alert," Hayden warned.

"Got it." Christina nodded, not pressing him further.

However, after hearing that it was the Sterlings, she couldn't help but steal a few more glances at Hayden. She had a feeling that the Sterlings had some connection to Hayden.

After their lunch, the two continued reviewing the videos.

Just then, a staff member suddenly ran into the room, his expression tense and full of panic.

"Is there trouble?" Hayden asked, frowning.

"Yes!" The staff stopped to catch his breath and then handed over a document.

Both Hayden and Christina were puzzled, curiosity welling up inside them. What could have happened?

Hayden took the document and read through it carefully. His expression changed as he read through it, feeling his anger boiling over. When he reached the last page, he even scrunched the document into a ball.

After all, Hayden's inspiration for the video came from his past life. The influencer who hosted that show was very creative. She grew to fame by promoting cultural heritage while dressed up in medieval gowns.

The one thing Hayden feared was the possibility that the same influencer might have released a similar video before his team, which would make it appear as though his video was a copy!

He immediately started searching for the influencer, but he found nothing. There was no trace of her, nor any similar videos.

"It seems the Sterling family hasn't found anything either, yet they're accusing us of plagiarism. What evidence do they possibly have?" Hayden was baffled, and he frowned deeply.

"What should we do now? Just sit back and wait for the court date?" Christina asked, her voice tinged with concern.

Hayden decided on the spot. "We can't avoid going to court, but our current priority is to complete the video for the Public Affairs Department! That's the only way to expand our influence. Spread the word. We need to work overtime and get the video finished as soon as possible!"
