Zachary gave a bitter laugh. "I know you want to set clear boundaries, but do you have to be so blunt about it?"
"As your therapist, I wouldn't use psychological intervention. Instead, I'd recommend using the belief induction method. When you enter the dream, you should have a reminder in your mind telling yourself that you're dreaming."
As the name suggests, the belief induction method requires maintaining a strong belief. While dreaming, you need to hold onto the conviction that this is a dream and force yourself to wake up.
"How do I maintain this reminder?" Zachary asked, confused.
Sarah thought for a moment. "For example, from now on, keep telling yourself that what you're experiencing is a dream. When you actually dream, you'll naturally know you're dreaming and can force yourself to wake up."
"I understand."
Zachary stared intently at Sarah, who simply gathered her things and said, "Mr. Reynolds, I'm going home now."
With that, she left without looking back.
Zachary watched her retreating figure, letting out another bitter laugh.
News of Vivian's imprisonment had spread throughout East Coast. Though she hadn't been sentenced yet and conclusive evidence was still pending, she had already been labeled as indirectly responsible for Yvonne's death.
Meanwhile, the Wilson Corporation returned to Mr. Wilson's control. His first action upon arriving at the company was to issue an official statement.
"The Pine Mist Island incident has nothing to do with Wilson Corporation. We may have been framed by malicious individuals making deliberate false accusations. Evidence will be released shortly to prove this."
This announcement immediately thrust both the Sanders and Wilson corporations into the spotlight. The statement directly accused Sanders Corporation of trying to escape their difficulties by slandering Wilson Corporation. Sanders Corporation made no response to these allegations.
Mr. Wilson's second move was to announce that despite the canceled engagement, the Wilson and Reynolds families remained longtime friends, and this relationship would not change. Reynolds Corporation did not respond.
"Your company shouldn't feel regretful. I believe we'll have another opportunity to cooperate soon."
The Vista International representative felt somewhat uncomfortable seeing the termination contract, momentarily thinking that Zachary might be looking down on his company.
Hearing Zachary's words, the representative stood up and extended his hand with a practiced business smile. "Very well. I'll relay your message to my boss word for word."
If there would be future cooperation, then this break wasn't about surface-level issues.
In the murky waters of business, everyone understood the game. The Vista representative quickly grasped the situation.
Zachary rose gracefully and shook his hand. "Thank you for your trouble."
That same day, Reynolds Corporation released an announcement at approximately 9:10 in the morning.
