I send Harley off towards the room Elijah is in when we arrive as I spot our doc in the waiting area of the unit, "Killer, what can I help with?" He asks as he stands from the chair nodding his head my way. "I want you to come in and see if we can bring him home yet, I know Harley is getting antsy leaving him here and he's better protected in the compound. It's a fuck around coming here every day and I don't like the smell here either" The doc nods his head slowly before folding his arms over his chest.

"Go spend time with your son while I chase down some doctors and nurses and have a friendly chat," He says patting me on the shoulder as he walks off towards the nurse's station. I make my way to Elijah's room and open the door, Harley is sitting on the chair next to the cot she leans her elbows on her knees and her chin in her hands staring at him.

I sit down in the chair next to her and we wait for a doctor or nurse to come in, I keep an eye on Harley out of the corner of my eye, if I'm being honest I'm surprised she has sat here for this long without burning the place to the ground. Her legs slightly bounce up and down as she keeps looking over to the clock on the wall, "They will be here soon kitten" I mumble moving the hair out of her face.

"Yeah well they're taking their sweet ass time" She huffs looking back at the cot. The door opens causing both of us to look in its direction, Annie, one of the nurses comes in wearing a big smile. "Mr and Mrs Jones, today looks to be the big day. Our first proper cuddle" She says still smiling at us. Annie tells us that skin to skin will be best for him so Harley shamelessly takes her hoodie and cut off, I grin to myself when I remember she didn't put a bra on today, silly woman.

"Oh gosh" Annie says as she turns around to be met by a topless Harley, "Yeah... I forgot my bra... Now gimmie my baby" I grab her cut and put it around her shoulders as she talks to Annie "You know the rules, male or female they're mine and only mine" I almost moan making sure to take in the last of her naked torso before its fully covered, or the cut that at least covers her nipples from everyone to see.

"Came off oxygen early this morning, little man has been breathing all on his own" Annie says as she carefully lifts him out of the cot placing him on Harley's chest, I watch Annie to make sure she's being as careful as she possibly can be with him, it would be a shame to have to kill her like the last nurse that passed her cold onto him.

"Am I doing this right?" Harley asks looking up at Annie for an answer, she smiles sweetly and nods her head "You're doing it perfectly, let's just move his arms a little" She says slightly moving Elijah's arms so he's more comfortable. "God he's so tiny" Harley whispers looking down at the small infant in her arms, "It's hard to believe he's put on so much weight" Annie jokes as she writes down stuff on her notepad.

"Do you want a cuddle?" Harley asks looking over to me this time, fear instantly hits me and all I can do is nod my head, What if i hurt him? Or crush him accidentally? Or fucking drop him?! Annie leaves the room to get some more paperwork and Harley orders me to take my hoodie and cut off, I do as I'm told and undress before sitting myself back on the chair.

She slowly stands up and walks over to me before gently putting Elijah on my chest, and she was right he's fucking tiny. "He's coming home with us," I say looking down at Elijah who's staring up at me with his big blue eyes, "Doc said he can come home?" She asks as she sits down on the bed infront of us. "He hasn't said anything yet but I'm bringing him home today, I'm not leaving him here anymore" She smiles but shakes her head "You know we can't take him if he needs to be here" I look up at her and our eyes meet for a split second before I look back down at Elijah, "Look who's being all responsible now" I reply in a sing-song like tone.

"Oh shut up, so responsible locking me in a car earlier" She bites back and I laugh to myself, "It was for your own good kitten, I don't know anything about the kid only the shit I've heard. You and Elijah are my number one priorities, which means if I have to lock you in a car than so be it" She huffs and leans back resting her hands flat against the bed.

"I don't trust him" She sighs looking down at her lap, "Neither do I, that's why I did what I did" She nods her head "What's the next plan?" She asks tilting her head to the side "Well, I'm going to find out why no other club wants him or what shit he was dragging into their territories. Then I'm going to find out why he thinks coming here was a good option and finally, I'm going to scoop his fucking eyes out and feed them to the dogs for looking at you".

"Why would i? There's nothing to talk about" She replies shrugging, "So you don't think, Oh hey dad, congratulations on getting engaged I killed your other son is anything to talk about?" She turns to head to glare at me "First of all the asswipe deserved it, secondly if he didn't tell me about him before he must not of known shit. And thirdly, if he feels the need to talk to me about it he will until then I'm going to enjoy spending time with my hunnies" She coos looking over her shoulder towards the backseat.

Soon enough we pull up to the compound parking the car in its usual spot, "Have you told anyone he's coming home?" Harley asks looking over to me. "Just Gunner" I reply getting out of the driver's seat, I walk around to Harley's side and open her door for her "You know Gunner can't keep his mouth shut-" She begins but is cut off by the sound of the front doors of the clubhouse swinging open.

"ABOUT FUCKING TIME" Shelby screams as she runs over to us, she pushes me out of the way and drags Harley over to the door where Elijah's car seat is, "I'm guessing you told everyone?" I ask as Gunner walks up next to me "Yep, and the party too, everything's organised" I nod my head and watch Harley and Shelby talk between themselves.

Harley opens the door and gets the car seat out "Oh look how much you've grown little one" Shelby coos over the car seat. "Harlz, your dads in there waiting for you," Gunner says pulling Shelby into his side, "Yeah well, go fuck yourself Gunner" She replies looking down at the car seat next to her feet. "Come on kitten, get it over and done with now" I say softly leaning into her ear so only she can hear me, "Can you at least come with me?" She asks looking up to me with those big fucking eyes I just can't say no to.

"Of course, let's go" I pick up the car seat with Elijah in it and wrap my arm over Harley's shoulder guiding her into the clubhouse. The air is thick in the bar area, I spot Shark Eyes and Betty sitting at a booth in one of the corners, I guide us over to them and Betty's eyes light up when she sees us "Oh look who got to come home!" She exclaims as she gets up out of the booth seat. "Ma, could you..." Harley begins but stops herself I know she's trying to word it right, "Of course darling, I can't wait to get to know my grandson" She hums as she takes the car seat out of my hand scurrying over to Poppy and Wood.

Harley sits down opposite her father and drags me down with her by my hand, "Hi daddy" She says with uncertainty in her voice "Hi princess" He replies looking up from his newspaper infront of him, his face softens when he looks at Harley, fuck me she could burn his house down and I know he would still forgive her. "Sooo how have you been?" She asks with a smile, "Cut the bullshit princess" Shark Eyes sighs as he rubs his hands over his face and through his beard.
