From what you told me, Mr. Saltman turned her life upside down, so I see no reason why she would want to return to him. You see, when a woman loves a man, she’ll treat her love like a precious vase. While Zayne honestly had the same thought process, he still wanted to help since this was Chace they were talking about. With that, Zayne was prompted to reply, “…I think it’s important to note that Chace loved her far more than she loved him… Just so you know, when they were younger, Chace would constantly be her white knight. That isn’t even an exaggeration. Countless people were sent to hospitals since Chace would beat up anyone who dared say bad things about her. Hell, even Zivon and I didn’t dare mistreat Bianca.”
