“Ah, there you are. I checked and saw that the food made by your chefs isn’t up to par with my own cooking, so I figured that I may as well cook for you.”

Upon hearing that, the chefs couldn’t help but exchange helpless glances. Did he really have to roast them like that…?

Xavia herself hadn’t even recovered from the shock when she heard the kids exclaim, “Wow! Did Daddy make breakfast? It smells so good!”

“Right?! Come on, Mommy! Hurry and let’s eat!”

Upon hearing that, all Xavia could do was helplessly watch as Zivon nodded before pulling a chair out for her, an expectant gaze in his eyes…

Quickly averting her gaze, she simply sighed before taking a seat. Looking at the array of aromatic dishes before her, she had to admit that he really deserved to be boastful of his culinary skills…

Watching as she began tasting the food, Zivon couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief. Thank God she was still willing to accept his kindness… Shaking his head, he then began pushing several of the dishes closer to her while saying, “Be sure to have a taste of this one. This one too. I made sure to simmer it just right.”

Rolling his eyes when he saw that, Maison muttered, “You’re too sappy, Daddy…”

“Excuse me? This is the proper way to treat your wife, brat. Don’t listen to him, Yulia. I’ll be sure to get you a good husband in the future…”

“Right? Please agree with him, Mommy!”

Though she knew that the kids were just trying to bring her closer to Zivon again, she couldn’t help but feel slightly sorry for them when she heard that. With that, she ultimately nodded before heading upstairs. Once there was enough breastmilk for the babies, she headed downstairs again to take the kids to school with Zivon…

On their way there, Xavia couldn’t help but smile when she saw how happy the kids were.
