Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master novel Chapter 2641

Fast forward to later that night, Zivon headed over to Stella’s place… and when she answered the door, he immediately ordered, “Bring me to Mark.”

Slightly caught off guard, it took Stella a while to reply, “…Who do you think you are to be demanding such a thing? That aside, just let him go. He’s suffered enough, and he’ll never disturb you and your wife ever again.”

Raising a slight brow, Zivon then said, “Why are you assuming that I’m here for trouble?”

…What? Before the confused Stella could even reply, she heard Zivon add, “I just want to have a talk, and contrary to what you think, I’m going to turn his situation around. You’ll see what I mean once I’m done.”

…He wanted to help Mark, of all people? That sounded incredulous! Though… She couldn’t deny that she was curious about the outcome… With that in mind, she eventually led Zivon to Mark’s room…

Upon entering, Zivon was greeted by the sight of Mark lying in bed. Though he still looked slightly pale, it was evident that Stella had nursed him quite a bit, and he was probably looking much better compared to when she just saved him days earlier…

Regardless, upon seeing Zivon, Mark immediately growled, “You…! You don’t deserve Xavia’s love…!”

Since Zivon wasn’t saying anything, Mark soon added, “…I won’t deny that you had a right to misunderstand the situation given the fact that that was Xavia’s goal in the first place, but... At the end of the day, you chose to prioritize your delusions over her safety. It’s true that you love her, but you still love yourself more…! With that said, I conclude once more that you have no right to love her…!”

Zivon was well aware that Mark was right, but… He wasn’t just here to get scolded.

After taking a deep breath, Zivon replied, “…I accept your criticism, however… If you think that you love Xav more than I do, then you’re sorely mistaken. And now that you’re done, allow me to prove myself!”
