Overjoyed to see the man who hadn’t even changed out of his patient clothes yet, Xavia excitedly ran over to him while exclaiming, “V-Von! How did the surgery go?! Are you feeling alright?!”
Upon hearing that, Zivon couldn’t help but squint. She was worried about his legs again, huh? That aside… Why were her clothes so disheveled? And she was sweating a lot too…!
Before Zivon could ask about any of that, he heard the anxious woman plead, “R-regardless, we can save that for later! For now, we need to rescue Mark! He’s already injured, and he just leaped into the river so his life may be in danger…! Please arrange a rescue team for him at once, Mr. Miller-”
“I forbid that…!” roared the infuriated man before grabbing Xavia’s hands and adding, “Why are your clothes like this?! What did you two do?! I see no reason why I should save the man who had an affair with my wife! Now come home and cease this nonsense!”
“I-it isn’t like that! We were drugged! Don’t worry, I’ll explain more after all this is over, but for now-”
“Hah! There’s no need to lie! I can tell from the rosiness of your cheeks that you love him wholeheartedly…! Now tell me! How much better was he than me?! Huh?!” retorted Zivon, leaving Xavia momentarily speechless. Did he genuinely think so little of her?
Starting to feel angry, Xavia replied, “…You’re being really unreasonable, you know?! Fine! If you won’t save him, I will-”
By this point, Xavia was feeling so humiliated that she felt that she would rather die than have sex with him! With that, she was quick to yell, “U-unhand me, you bastard…!”
“Oh, now you want to pretend you aren’t a whore…?! Bet you weren’t like this at all when Mark fucked you, right…?!” retorted Zivon as he began trying to rip off the woman’s clothes… But when he realized that she was crying, he couldn’t help but grit his teeth.
Did she hate him that much? To the point where she was saddened to make love with him…?! Had they not promised each other to love only each other before this…?! How had things come to this…?!
