Pregnant and Favored: See You in the Morning, Young Master novel Chapter 2436

“Don’t worry, we aren’t getting a divorce,” replied Xavia in a confident tone.

Breathing a sigh of relief, Ian was just about to praise her when she suddenly added, “Instead, I’ve agreed to give him some space to recover. If everything goes well, then I believe that he’ll be back by my side before I give birth to the new twins.”

…The hell? Rubbing his temple, the irked Ian replied, “…Isn’t this essentially just another way of describing a divorce…?!”

Chuckling in response, Xavia then said, “Hey, I promise that it isn’t. He just needs some time to cope, and if things go wrong, then I have my ways of getting him to come back to my side. Don’t worry about it too much.”

This left Ian speechless. Both husband and wife were equally as stubborn! Knowing that nothing he said could change her mind, all he could do was nod with a sigh.

Pleased to see that, Xavia then took a deep breath before adding, “Putting that aside… Could you please take me to Jennie’s grave, Ian…?”

Frowning slightly, Ian replied, “…With your current health? Denied.”

“Hey, I wouldn’t ask for this if my body was in bad condition… Remember, Jennie gave me her kidney, so I’m no longer as weak as before. That aside, she’s also been extremely kind to me this entire time, and it’s only right that I paid her grave a visit.”

Just as Ian was about to decline again, he paused for a moment. Wait…

“…How… Do you know about that kidney donation? Have your memories…?!”

Realizing that she had forgotten to tell Ian about this, she quickly replied, “Yeah, I remembered everything from the moment I woke up in the hospital, though I’ve been so busy that I forgot to tell you-”

On their way to Jennie’s grave, Ian made sure to call his parents over as well… and though that was a little odd, Xavia thought nothing of it. She did, however, feel confused when she realized that they were swiftly approaching Jenna’s grave…

“…Um… Ian? I said Jennie, not Jenna…”

By this point, Homer and Yasmin had arrived as well, and they couldn’t help but ask, “Why did you call us over? Today isn’t a special occasion, is it…?”

Looking at the trio, Ian closed his eyes… and eventually, he stared straight at Xavia before solemnly saying, “…The truth is… Jennie was Jenna this entire time.”

…Huh? What?
