Chapter 915
“You only relatives left are the children and me.”
“My mom passed away too?”
“Yes.”
Anne blinked a few times and bit her lower lip, deep in her thoughts.
Anthony was so moved by her appearance that he wanted to step forward and take a bite. However, he just clenched her little hand tightly to restrain himself.
“T–Then why did you marry me?” Anne was curious.
Just as Anthony was about to answer, the ward door was pushed open with a loud bang.
He could not help frowning when he saw the three little ones jumping in.
“Mama!”
“Mama!”
“Mama!”
It had been a long time since they saw their Mama, so the three little ones were running over excitedly with their short legs.
“Mama, you’re sick!”
“Papa kept it a secret. He didn’t tell us. I’m angry!”
“Mama, did you hurt your head? Is it painful?”
The triplets stood at the edge of the bed, holding the edge with their little hands. Their mouths opened and closed as if they were crying piteously for food. It was so cute that Anne was dumbfounded.
Anne subconsciously touched the gauze on her forehead, still staring blankly at the triplets.
Just because she could not remember things did not mean she could not think or observe.
The boys looked the same as Anthony, just like a mini version of him.
As for the girl… Anne wondered if the little girl looked like her, but she could not remember her own appearance.
Just when Anne was feeling distressed, someone handed her a small mirror.
Anne took the mirror and saw her own reflection, and then she looked at the little girl.
They looked the same!
“Mama, did papa bully you? We’ll help you! Humph!”
Anne looked at the three children. Although she could not remember anything, their connection by blood gave her sense of intimacy.
It was amazing.
It felt as if she woke up married with three adorable children.
Charlie, who was sitting on Anthony’s lap and could not move, asked, “Mama, how long are you going to stay here? Can we stay with you?”
“I don’t know…” Anne looked at Anthony.
Anthony put Charlie down. “Stay here with Mummy. I’ll be back.”
Then, he went to find Kathryn.
In the office, Kathryn took out all the inspection reports that was done after Anne woke up.
Anthony sat crossed–legged and looked at the report oné by one.
“Ms. Vallois is fine and can go back to recuperate,”
Kathryn said, “This amnesia should only be short–term.”
“In other words, she’ll still recover her memory.” Anthony showed an unreadable expression.
