Anthony's deep voice threatened. "You spoke too much."
Anne looked down and suppressed her emotions. She thought about the three adorable kids, then only brought herself to give in and say something that totally defied herself. "I am sorry. It was my fault that you were injured. I should not have been holding the knife. Otherwise, I would not have accidentally gotten you injured. I hope you are generous enough to forgive me."
"Please don't think that I am making it difficult for you, but you deserve a punishment for doing the wrong thing. I am your sister, and I can forgive you, but what if it was an outsider? They would not be as easy. I hope you can go back and reflect upon this and behave yourself, don't be so impulsive the next time. Since you admitted to having done this, I will drop this. I don't want Anthony to worry about my body." Bianca looked at Anthony, her eyes were gentle.
Anne wanted to rebut what she said, but she saw everyone in the ward would not believe her.
Who would believe that Bianca ran into the knife herself?
"Can I go now?" she asked.
Bianca did not want to let her get away that easily. That would be easy for her!
However, she could not make Anne think that it was Anthony who asked her to apologize. This would make Anne misunderstand that Anthony cared about her.
"You can go now," Bianca said generously.
When Anne turned around, she had a slight smile.
This was caught by Anthony, his hawk eyes were sharp.
Nigel followed Anne out of the ward. "Anne, are you alright?"
"I am fine."
"You don't look too good. Your face is red. What happened?" Nigel lifted her face and said, "Who hit you?"
Anne turned her face away. "I am fine. I am going to leave now."
"Let me send you."
"No need," Anne said, before she turned and walked away.
"What?" Sarah, who just wanted to ask when she would return, was taken aback. However, she was quick to regain herself and answered, "Sure! We can go anywhere you want to!"
When Anne got back, her emotions calmed down.
Sarah looked at her from top to toe and saw that she was fine. She asked, "Where did you go? I was worried."
"I did not go anywhere. I have already purchased the tickets. We will leave tomorrow morning. Let's go out of the country to relax, I have not brought you anywhere before," Anne said.
"You had chosen a destination?"
"Yes, Glasbel Isle. Didn't you always want to go?"
Sarah was naturally happy. However, she felt something did not add up somewhere. Could Anne have been pressured?
"Anne, are you okay?"
