Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 969

No matter how drunk Boyle was the night before, he was able to wake up early the next morning.

He was a disciplined person in life.

When he opened his eyes the next morning, he saw Cherie deep asleep in his arms.

There were rarely any guests staying over in the guest room. As it was toward the end of spring, Boyle spotted one or two mosquitoes in the room.

A red bump due to a mosquito bite was seen on Cherie’s fair and tender face.

She looked cute with the red bump on the face.

He gently touched the red bump, slowly removed his arm, and covered her with a blanket without waking her up.

Boyle glanced at the time and it was only half-past six in the morning.

The sun lit up the dark sky at the crack of dawn. It was quiet and peaceful in the Fudd family mansion.

The Fudd family probably liked to sleep in as no one was awake at that hour.

Boyle did not wash up immediately. He was lying sideways facing her with his arms angled upward and his head on his hands.

Cherie looked gorgeous and her beauty was stunning. She was adorable and imposing. Her facial features were exquisite and she had an aloof temperament which was attractive to him. Her presence was eye-catching even if she was just standing quietly at a corner.

Whenever he looked at her, he wished to marry her and her smile was more than enough to make him happy and satisfied.

He felt as if he was living in a dream for the past two days.

They had registered their marriage and were officially husband and wife.

Boyle held her hand that had the wedding ring on her ring finger. With their hands interlocked, he took out his phone and took a photo of it.

Soon after, Boyle posted on his social media.

[My dream came true. Happy marriage.]

The attachment he included in his post was a photo of their hands intertwined with wedding rings on their finger.

A few days later, Boyle brought Cherie back to his hometown to meet his mother, Sonia.

Out of courtesy, Verian prepared a few gifts for Cherie to bring to Sonia’s house.

When Sonia returned home from her vegetable farm, she spotted a car parked beside a narrow road.

‘Boyle’s probably home,’ Sonia thought.

However, she never expected that Cherie was with him too.

Sonia was content when she saw Cherie. “Cher, what do you want to eat tonight? I’ll cook it for you.”

Cherie smiled. “Aunt, I’m craving for your spicy chicken lasagna.”

She could hear the liquid sloshing around in her stomach as she moved.

Boyle walked toward her and touched her bloated stomach. “Are you full?”

“Aunty’s dishes are too tempting and delicious.”

“How about the dishes I cooked for you? Are they not as delicious as my mom’s?”

“I’m just being tactful.”

Boyle smiled and tapped on her nose. “You’re such a caring woman.”

“That’s because she’s your mom, the only family you have in the world.”

Boyle looked at her dotingly and held her hand. “You’re my family too. I’m not lonely with you by my side.”

Cherie wrapped her arms around his waist and leaned her head on his chest. “Boyle, do you want to have kids?”

Cherie’s question surprised Boyle. He lowered his head and kissed her forehead. “I just want to spend time with you. Just the two of us.”

Cherie’s eyes squinted as she smiled. “Let’s not have kids in the future, okay?”

“Okay. Let’s not have them if you don’t want to.”

Boyle treated her with excessive indulgence and she loved it.
