Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 895

Cherie asked, “Where is your house? Do you need me to pick you up?”

Little Bean Sprout said, “It’s okay, Jelly Bean. My house is nearby. I can go home alone.”

Cherie was suddenly reminded of Whitney who was still waiting for her.

She glanced around her surroundings. It was in broad daylight and there were cameras all around the place. Nobody would dare to kidnap Little Bean Sprout.

She said, “In that case, you’d better watch out for yourself.”

“Alright. Don’t worry, Jelly Bean. I’m a smart girl.”

“I’ll let you go then.”

Little Bean Sprout blinked and said, “Jelly Bean, what should I do if I miss you?”

Cherie pondered for a moment and said, “Why don’t we exchange numbers? Do you have a phone?”

Little Bean Sprout was wearing a smartwatch on her wrist. It could be used to make phone calls.

Little Bean Sprout nodded her head and stretched out her wrist toward Cherie, “Jelly Bean, you can save your number here. Then, I can call you whenever I miss you.”

Cherie smiled and saved her number into the watch. She saved Little Bean Sprout’s contact number as well.

They parted ways after that.

Cherie was standing under the shade as she watched Little Bean Sprout walk away with a smile on her face. She waved her hands toward the little kid.

Cherie walked to the intersection and got into Whitney’s car again.

Whitney curiously asked, “Who did you meet? You were all hyped up. Do you know that it’s very dangerous for you to run across the road like that?”

Cherie smiled and said, “She’s a kid I met somewhere last time. She’s a very cute girl. I saw her going home alone so I was kind of worried.”

“A kid?” Whitney was confused. She did not see a kid on the crosswalk earlier.

However, Whitney did not think much of it. She thought she just did not notice the kid.

Whitney said, “I never knew you love kids so much.”

“That kid is especially cute.”

Whitney smirked, “In that case, Ms. Fudd, when are you going to get married and give birth to kids?”

Cherie said, “I’m not in a rush. What about you though? You’re a married woman now. Isn’t Huntley rushing you to get pregnant?”

Whitney said in an overbearing manner while she drove, “He won’t dare to rush me. I still want to have fun. I’ll kick him off the bed and force him to sleep on the sofa if he ever does that!”

Whitney scanned the surroundings and said, “This place is near Boyle’s apartment. I’ll call Huntley and ask him if Boyle has already arrived at the restaurant.”

Cherie looked at her surroundings and she saw Greentown Condominium nearby.

Little Bean Sprout’s house was nearby. The houses in that area were quite expensive. Little Bean Sprout’s mother must be quite wealthy.

Cherie felt more reassured at the thought of that.

If widows and orphans had enough money, it would bring a lot of convenience to them.

Cherie flew back to North City after Whitney’s wedding ended.

However, she met Boyle at the entrance of the airport as soon as she landed.

“Okay, I won’t touch you then.”

They looked like two kids fighting and bickering with each other where the older kid had to give up in the end.

The kid who won the argument leaned against the car window frustratedly. She stared dully at the scenery outside.

That kid was getting more and more agitated recently. She did not have any patience at all.

Boyle took a glance at her in concern and he frowned. He was worried about her. She had not played piano recently too. Did she not take her medicine as well?

Otherwise, why did she start to avoid connections with humans now?

He could not let her go on like that.

However, Boyle did not have the courage to do it.

The footage of Cherie on the race track at Mount Zion appeared in his mind and it made him tremble.

They were back at the mansion in Lake Street at North City.

Boyle pondered for a moment before calling Dr. Shania who was in the United States.

Boyle asked after the call was put through, “If a patient likes extreme sports like car racing and has symptoms of suicidal behavior, do I need to send her to the hospital?”

Dr. Shania was slightly stunned. She asked, “Is it Cherie?”

“Yes.”

Dr. Shania sighed and said, “It’s been quite some time since she stopped taking her medicine. It’s very dangerous if things go on like that. I suggest she be hospitalized.”
