On the other hand, Noelle went straight back to her room to take a shower. The sea breeze from being out at sea had left her feeling a little hot.
While soaking in the bath, she continued to think about the man she saw who resembled Cedric a lot. She wondered if she was just seeing things because of how much she missed him.
Noelle felt extremely restless about it. After finishing her shower, she stepped out of the bathroom to find some magazines and snacks laid out in her room. They were meant to keep her entertained.
Noelle suddenly felt the urge to confirm her suspicions about the Cedric look-alike she saw earlier. She could see the back of the supply ship from her window, indicating that it had yet to leave the island.
Noelle walked straight out of her room, and a nanny quickly followed after her. "Ms. Liddell, where are you going?"
"I'm going for a walk on the beach. I heard that you can find crabs on the beach at night."
The nanny quickly nodded. "That's true. The island doesn't have a lot of crabs, given that it is being constantly maintained, but you should still be able to see some in the open."
Noelle said nothing more and headed downstairs to the beach outside. She turned to a guard standing by the entrance and asked, "They haven't left yet?"
"There's quite a bit more supply to be delivered this time, and they have to distribute it to a lot of different places, so it's taking a bit longer than usual."
Noelle continued, "Are all of the island's supplies delivered by them?"
"Yes, Ms. Liddell."
She looked at the ship and asked, "How often do they do a supply run?"
"About once every half a month."
Noelle felt her heart sink. She would not be able to make it off the island in time if the supply run were to happen only once every half month.
