My Wife Wants a Divorce by Red Little Fruit novel Chapter 742

'I didn't say that he could move in with me. How could he come directly with his luggage?'

Hearing her words, Julien smiled, "That's right. I'm your lover, so I should live here with you."

"Don't you think my place is too small? Don't you feel uncomfortable living here?" Sydney crossed her arms and looked up at him.

Julien smiled, "Of course not. No matter how small it is, I'm willing to live with you."

Sydney laughed, "Are you kidding?"

But she had to admit that his words made her very happy.

"Of course not. I just told the truth. Otherwise, I wouldn't have moved here at all, right?"

Saying that, Julien looked at Zach, who was holding the two suitcases, and raised his chin slightly, "Carry them upstairs."

"OK, Mr. Flint," Zach responded.

Julien looked away and took Sydney's hand, "Let's go upstairs."

"Wait a minute." Sydney turned her head to look at the two big suitcases, "Zach, are they heavy? If so, I..."

Knowing what she was going to say, Zach hurriedly waved his hand, "No. Don't worry, Ms. Raines. I can carry them myself."

"Really?" Sydney pointed at the suitcases.

Zach was just about to say something when Julien pressed Sydney's hand, "The suitcases have wheels. He doesn't have to carry them all the time. If he can't do it, why should I give him such a high salary?"

Saying that, he glanced at Zach.

Zach forced a smile, "Mr. Flint is right. So, don't worry, Ms. Raines."

'Mr. Flint is so cold and ruthless, but Ms. Raines is so kind and warm-hearted.'

Hearing Zach's words, Sydney nodded, "Okay. Thank you, Zach."

"You're welcome." Zach loosened his grip on the handle of a suitcase and pushed his glasses.

"Alright. Let's go." Julien didn't want to waste time in the garage anymore. He wanted to go upstairs quickly, so he directly pulled Sydney towards the elevator.

Sydney smiled and shook her head, "Take it easy."

Julien didn't say anything but slowed down.

Soon, they arrived at Sydney's apartment.

Sydney took out her key card and swiped it on the door.

Then the door opened.

Sydney was about to put it in her purse when she suddenly noticed that Julien kept looking at her hand.

She raised her head to look at him.

He didn't seem to notice that she was looking at him. He kept staring at the key card in her hand and moved his lips, as if he wanted to say something.

Sydney raised her eyebrows and then smiled.

'His eyes are full of desire for the key card.'

"Hold out your hand." Sydney said as she crossed her arms.

Although Julien was puzzled, he reached out his hand, "What's wrong?"

Sydney didn't answer his question but continued, "Open your hand."

Jullien did what she said.

"Well. Put your luggage away quickly. I'm going to make dinner." Saying that, Sydney put down her purse, picked up the apron on the dining chair, and put it on.

Julien walked behind her, intending to help her put the apron on.

Sydney let go of her hand to leave it to him.

While tying a bow behind her waist, Julien said, "Just let Zach put my luggage away. I'll help you make dinner."

"You?" Sydney immediately turned her head to look at him, "Are you going to help me?"

Julien nodded.

Sydney glanced at him, "Are you sure?"

"Of course." Julien nodded again.

Sydney suddenly laughed, "Let it be. Last time when you helped me..."

Before she could finish her words, Julien suddenly grabbed her shoulders, turned her body around, and looked at her.

After they stared at each other for a while, Julien looked away. He coughed lightly in embarrassment and said, "I lied to you last time. At that time, I just learned to cook, so I got you into trouble. But I've learned to cook a lot of dishes now. So I'm sure I can make it. Why not let me have a try?"

Sydney raised her eyebrows, "Are you serious?"

"Of course." Julien also raised his eyebrows, "I had planned to give you a surprise by cooking a meal for you when my cooking skills become better. But I can't help but cook it for you in advance now."

Seeing that he was so eager to show off his cooking skills, Sydney untied the bow behind her waist, took off her apron, and handed it to him, "Okay. I look forward to your cooking skills tonight."

"I won't let you down." Julien took the apron and smiled.

He was very confident in the few dishes he had already learned.

And he was sure that he would give her a surprise.
