“Alright, the plans for moving all the non-warriors are set and ready to go.” Wyatt informs me from the desk in the office at the school.
Just to piss off Kevin, he and Nathaniel have taken to joining us here and working, taking up more than just our office space. Every time he sees either of them he goes on and on about non-involved people having too much access to the pack and the school and being allowed to make decisions when they won’t even be here long enough to deal with those decisions.
It just made me laugh. He’s a walking hypocrite and Wyatt makes a point of informing any one in our vicinity that we are fixing problems that should have been handled by people who live and work here dealing with things.
We are still working through the basic security systems in the school. That did take longer than expected. Kevin fought us on having cameras in locations like the office and the teachers lounge, a place I found out is where many teachers have claimed they’ve been threatened, but there was never any proof.
Wyatt, Lil and I have been following instructions from Jena and Nathaniel on installing the new cameras, while they are busy in the office setting up the feeds. That also seems to be taking longer than it should for those two. But, I keep those thoughts to myself, I don’t know anything about computers and programming and I have been spoiled with how fast they usually work on missions.
It has been too cold to practice magic outside so Oliver and I have been improvising. But he did force all the other guys to sit through my manipulation of the other elements after they all saw and heard our retelling of the dirt incident and then laughed at him for not being able to fight off something as simple as flying dust.
We played with water at the indoor pool at the school. I was able to raise almost half the water in the pool, but when I went to move it, as one big mass, I ended up catching all of the guys in it and almost drowning them. I had to drop the water in the pool causing a massive wave to release them. At the time it was really scary, but the way that Jena and Lil tell it, it’s hilarious because somehow standing behind me kept them safe from the torrent.
