Little by little, the lights lit up in front of them, extending all the way forward.
It gave her hope along the way.
"We're here."
William stopped in front of an arched walkway. A few maids wearing maid attire stood at the two sides of the pillar, standing there respectfully.
Alice glanced at William and followed him in. Two maids stood at the door, one with a pair of open doors.
A strong ray of light shot towards Alice.
Alice stood at the door and looked inside. This was William's bedroom, which it had the same style as the Cullen Family. It was completely British style classical, with dark colored furniture. It was clean and tidy, without a speck of dust.
William walked in and took off his jacket and hung it on his arm. He turned his head and saw that Alice was still standing at the doorway.
"Why didn't you come in?"
William asked.
"Every time I enter this place, it feels like I've transmigrated." Alice said softly, "When I transmigrated into those old British movie nobles' castles, estates and alike."
"Is that so?"
William didn't have any feelings for this.
"Yes." Alice nodded as she walked in. A pair of black and white eyes surveyed the surroundings, "Have you lived here since you were young?"
"Nope, I changed my room a few times."
William said in a deep voice, and put his tie on a hanger at the side.
Alice nodded, and she was curious about everything in the room. She reached out her hand to touch this and that, but suddenly, she saw a Photo Frame on the cabinet.
She immediately walked over. The person in the photo was William, but it was only an extremely young William, only around ten years old. He was tender, but his facial features were even deeper than they were at present. He looked to be a mixed blood person. He sat on a horse, holding onto the reins with both hands and currently galloping forward.
"Handsome."
Alice's eyes were immediately filled with stars. She turned to look at William, "William, why were you so handsome at that time? There must be a lot of little girls having a crush on you, right?"
Riding a horse at a gallop, and this sort of handsome appearance was completely out of one's control.
Being praised to this extent by her, William's face revealed a little complacency.
He walked over and took the Photo Frame from her hands. Seeing the image of himself in the photo, William's eyes dimmed and then disappeared. "It was from a hunting game."
"Hunting?"
"The aristocrats like hunting. If you stay here for a few more days, you'll see." William said indifferently, and put the Photo Frame back.
Alice bent her body and laid in the cupboard, focusing on the William in the photo, "Yo are really handsome since you were young. It’s unbelievable that I could actually marry you."
Any man's vanity would explode when he heard this. William stood at the side, lowered his eyes and looked at her infatuated expression.
"It's not easy. Previously, I thought that it would be very difficult to pass the Madam's test. I didn't expect that it would be passed just like that." Alice straightened her back and laughed, "I had wanted to ask Kathy about that."
William looked at her speechlessly.
"It's done now!" Alice spread open her arms and stretched. "It's relaxed, and I'm going to take a bath."
Everything was getting better and better.
No love rivals.
There was no question of a daughter-in-law.
There was no suspicion between lovers.
Especially since William's condition was getting better, it was no waste for her to search for a bunch of love words with him every day.
Right now, she was waiting to be his Wife.
"Yes." William answered, and pointed in a direction, "There is the bathroom over here.
The locker room is on the left, and you put your clothes inside."
"Alright."
Alice nodded and headed towards the bathroom.
After taking a comfortable bath and having relax from running around, Alice walked out from the bathroom wearing a bathrobe and wiping her hair with a towel.
The room was empty.
"William? William?"
No one replied. Strange, where did he go?
This place was unlike the Imperial Castle in San Francisco, because she couldn't even find him if she wanted to.
"Ring”
It was a call from Daniel. She immediately picked it up and sat down on the bed, happily announcing the good news, "Foster father, Madam has agreed to the marriage between William and I."
"Really?" Daniel was also very happy, "That's great. Now, we can only wait to carry the little baby."
Hearing this, Alice was very helpless, "Why are you the same as the Kathy? When William and I got married, did you all become reinforcements?"
Her married life, then, was imaginable.
"I just hope that you and Young Master can have a few more. I can help to bring them up, and I promise to take good care of them." Daniel said with a smile.
Alice could only smile bitterly, "Alright, foster father. Are you in the butler school now? When I'm free, I'll come find you."
"Alright." Daniel said, "Take good care of yourself, and don't say that I want to hasten your birth. Once you two get married, the Madam will definitely urge you."
"Madam has given birth to only two children."
Prompting them to have babies was a matter that put a lot of pressure on her.
"That's because Madam was injured when she was giving birth to the eldest young master. And because she insisted on giving birth to the young master, she almost lost her life. They didn't give birth again." Daniel explained.
Their eyes met.
The moment the door was about to close, Alice heard William's voice ring out from inside, "Stay with me."
"..."
Alice stood there, her hands still on the door. With her heart still trembling fiercely, she looked straight ahead in a daze, "Say it again."
"You told me that I can say whatever I want."
William said while standing there, as his black eyes looked deeply at her.
If you have something to say, then say it out loud. If you're not happy, then say it out loud. If you're angry, then say something.
Alice immediately opened the door, walked over, and smiled at him: "I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere. I'm here to accompany you."
"Sure."
William nodded his head, and the corner of his mouth revealed an unnatural smile.
Seeing that, Alice almost laughed out loud. She turned to look at an extremely empty spot in the room. She walked over, stood there and watched. She raised her hand to wave like there was a piano.
"Was there a piano here?"
Alice raised her eyes and looked at William.
"Smart."
William nodded, and he knew that she had thought of it. "..."
Alice did not ask any further, because the piano was brought to their bedroom in San Francisco.
Alice flicked the air a few times, and laughed bitterly, "It's good to have brother's memories to reminisce. I miss my brother a lot, but we don't have any memories in common."
William looked at her.
"We don't have as strong a telepathic connection as Holy and Kathy. The first time I sensed him was when something happened to him." Alice said as she met William's gaze. "So, you are so lucky to memorize you and your brother together. You two have so many memories of the past."
William walked in front of her, lowered his eyes and stared at her, "You don't need to use your scar to comfort me."
Uh.
Her intentions had been seen through.
Alice laughed, "Then on account of me trying so hard to comfort you, can you give me any rewards?"
"Matter or flesh?"
William asked seriously.
Alice was speechless, then started to laugh.
Her William had truly returned bit by bit.
