Peggy was frustrated as she went down by the elevator.
“Okay, time to let go of me. You’ve taken enough advantage of me,” Wyatt said as he tried to remove his hand from hers.
Rachel stopped and tilted her head to look at him. “I took advantage of you? I was just holding your hand but you kissed me. How do we make this even?”
Wyatt smirked at her. “Didn’t you enjoy it too?”
Rachel blushed. Her body indeed went limp when he kissed her just now.
It was his fault for being handsome and made her fall in love with him at first sight. She couldn’t control herself when he kissed her.
“It’s not the same thing between me enjoying it and you forcibly kissing me. Do you mean it when you say that I’m your girlfriend?” Rachel asked with anticipation.
She had dreamed of being Wyatt’s girlfriend. She had to take her chance at the slightest opportunity.
Wyatt noticed that she was asking him seriously. “Can’t you see that I was just pissing Peggy off just now to make her give up?”
Peggy was from the Garcia family. His family was forcing him to marry Peggy for an alliance of their families.
Although Wyatt was a playboy, he didn’t like temperamental women like Peggy. She would hit others the moment she couldn’t get what she wanted.
He hated arranged marriages too. He couldn’t understand why family interests had to be involved in his marriage. He was not a tool.
Rachel was disappointed with Wyatt’s words. She had guessed it but she still felt upset.
“Why can’t I be your girlfriend? Is it because I’m chubby?” she asked.
Wyatt smiled. “I’m not interested in dating a mother of four.”
“What? Did you reject me because of the quadruplets? Actually, those are…” Rachel was excited as she finally knew the reason for Wyatt’s cold attitude toward her.
She was ready to tell him that they didn’t belong to her.
