[Send my jacket to The Cove, Room 2032. I’m there.]
Samantha sent the message after checking it.
She had heard Willow tell Xavier to send her the location for her to deliver his jacket and she came up with a plan.
As much as she liked Xavier and wanted to have him, she was not in a condition to sleep with him now.
Since she couldn’t marry into a rich family, she wouldn’t allow Willow to marry anyone from the Hughes family either.
She couldn’t understand Willow’s luck in meeting Jasper after breaking up with Xavier.
Jasper was more charming than Xavier, and his status was more powerful.
If Willow had married Jasper, she'd be the most powerful woman in Buscen City.
She could enjoy the power, status, and wealth and trample Samantha under her feet.
Samatha was resentful of Willow’s luck.
She spent most of her time to please Damian, while Willow easily gave birth to Jasper's kids.
Now, Willow had stayed by Jasper’s side as his secretary. He even taught Samantha and Edith a lesson for Willow.
Willow didn’t deserve to be pampered by Jasper, she deserved to be poor for the rest of her life.
Samantha would never allow Willow to have a better life than she did.
If she couldn’t get Xavier or Jasper, neither could Willow.
-
It was dark when Willow reached home.
She helped Lara to bathe the kids and put them to bed.
Willow replied.
She continued reading the bedtime story to her kids and they fell asleep half an hour later.
Willow gave each of them a goodnight kiss. She wanted to cuddle with them but she had to deliver the jacket to Xavier.
She got out of bed reluctantly, grabbed her handbag, and informed Lara that she was going out.
Lara chased after her. “You left your phone on the table. Take it with you so I can reach you easily.”
After previous incidents where Willow had stayed out at night, Lara was worried that she might stay out again.
In case Willow couldn’t come back in time, she could contact her easily.
Willow hurriedly took her phone and smiled sheepishly. “I forgot about it. Thanks, Mom.”
