He smirked, “Are you thinking of the presidential suite again?”
“Cough…” Willow choked and spewed the coffee out.
She fumbled with the tissue to wipe the table. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to do that.”
The last time they were on a date, Jasper called to book a presidential suite.
He mentioned it again now and she subconsciously thought of the things that were going to happen.
She was so shocked that she spewed out her coffee.
Jasper helped her to wipe the table calmly.
However, her hand accidentally touched his. She felt electrocuted and she moved away.
She looked at Jasper after realizing her actions and saw that he was looking at her with lust.
Willow, who was already flustered, felt more uncomfortable.
She quickly stood up and said, “I…I’m going to the restroom.”
Jasper didn’t say anything.
The restroom of the mall was near the cafe. She just had to turn left and pass by a hallway.
Willow wanted to leave but Edith blocked her way.
She stared at Willow and smirked at her. “Great! I used to stay beside Jasper and now you have replaced me in and out of the office!”
Willow smiled lightly and stepped aside. “You're here to use the restroom, aren’t you? Come in.”
Edith didn’t budge. “Willow, the fact that I was Jasper’s secretary for seven years means that I’ve been his woman for seven years. How long will you serve him? We are the same, nothing more than his plaything before marriage.”
Her words sounded the same as Yelena and it made Willow snap back to reality.
Willow smiled at her calmly, “Ms. Price, I hope that you can take this position back as soon as possible. Thank you.”
