Willow straightened herself, held her chin high, and walked out of the mansion with quick steps.

Frank got furious when he saw her left arrogantly.

She’s the one who behaved improperly, and yet she acted so arrogantly!

He grunted and went to the garden.

He would like to see if Willow would return to beg for a car to send her down the hill.

As the Hughes Mansion was on top of the hill, no cabs ever came around.

Willow was burning in anger when she thought of Frank’s words.

She could understand if Frank disliked her for not being good enough for Jasper, but he had falsely accused her of using her body to get what she wanted.

How could he use such an insulting excuse to drive her away? It was so rude for a prestigious family to do so.

Willow was so angry that her breathing became irregular.

After walking out of the Hughes Mansion, she realized that she was on top of a hill and she couldn’t see the end of the road down the hill.

She wondered how long it would take for her to walk down the hill.

Yesterday evening, Jasper had taken her to a store to change into a mermaid dress. It was a little exposed around her chest area but she brought a jacket with her.

Willow changed into the pajamas Cindy had prepared for her last night.

She could only put on the dress after she got up this morning as there were no other clothes for her.

The dress was pretty, but she couldn’t walk in it.

However, after two hours, Willow was nowhere in sight.

Frank was surprised.

Had she gone down the hill by herself?

When he went back into the mansion, Jasper was awake.

Jasper asked with a hint of worry, “Grandpa, where’s Willow?”

Jasper had worked until three or four in the morning last night in his study, so he had slept on the couch.

Later, he went to his bedroom after he woke up to look for Willow. To his surprise, the room was empty.

He had thought that she was up and waiting for him downstairs, but there was no one downstairs either. Plus, she wasn’t answering any of his calls.
