After all, she had been tricked by Samantha to go to the woodshed to get firewood to heat Xavier’s bath, which had given Samantha the chance to sleep with Xavier.

“I saw the drawing of this jade pendant in your house. I took it and found someone to make it accordingly,” Samantha answered.

Her words made Willow doubtful.

The kids said she had drawn the pendant and showed it to them. Samantha was saying the same thing too. However, she couldn’t remember that she had drawn it on paper.

Samantha loosened up after seeing Willow in doubt. She insisted, “I went to your house to take the drawing and found someone to make it. I did it to help you. You had been searching for it for so many years. It must be very important to you. I thought that you might be able to put it to good use even though it’s fake.”
