My Flash Romance With the Richest Mogul novel Chapter 1817

Vivian blinked in surprise. They could hear her voice.

Her gaze dropped to the bracelet on her wrist. Earlier, in her anger, it had flickered faintly.

The bracelet, a gift from Manfred, had always felt peculiar. There was an unexplainable connection, as though it responded to her emotions. She suspected that if she wanted people to hear her, they would—and if she didn't, they wouldn't.

A shiver ran down her spine at the thought of making them see her one day, just as Manfred did.

Just then, she heard a voice calling her from behind.

"Ms. Martin."

Manfred's tone carried a trace of joy.

She quickly shook off her thoughts and turned. Manfred stood behind her, his expression calm, though his sharp eyes briefly darted over her shoulder before narrowing with a chilling intensity.

"Cyril came by earlier. Were you resting?" she asked, walking toward him.

Manfred's gaze softened as he nodded. "I just made some lemon tea. Come, try it."

"Sure! I brought you something too."

Back in the room, Vivian sipped the lemon tea. The leaves were from Galaxy Villa, which she had brought the last time she visited.

In recent years, Skylar and Joe had shifted from drinking coffee to preferring tea. Consequently, their home was stocked with various teas, and Vivian gradually developed an appreciation for it as well.

Manfred's lemon tea was brewed perfectly.

"They won't come back anytime soon," he said. "But if you see them again, don't bother scaring them."

To him, they weren't worth her energy. They didn't deserve to affect her in any way. Manfred had his own plans for dealing with them.

"Okay," Vivian agreed.

She moved to the window and gazed outside. A sudden thought struck her. "Once you leave here, maybe I could go with you and see the world. Do you want to leave?"

Her words hung in the air. She believed Viola had brought her here for more than just helping Manfred. Her intuition told her that as soon as they left this place and ventured into the wider world, she would find Skylar and Joe.

"Do you think I should leave?" Manfred asked.

Vivian nodded. "I think you deserve a bigger world. We're still young. We should have the courage to chase our dreams, one step at a time. Manfred, I know you can do it!"
