My Flash Romance With the Richest Mogul novel Chapter 1589

"No need. I've had headaches before—it's not serious. As long as you're with me, I'll be fine," Joe said, gazing deeply at Skylar.

Even though they saw each other every day, he couldn't understand why he felt like it was never enough.

Skylar knew Joe too well. She knew he disliked going to the hospital, so she frowned slightly and said, "Let's get Howard to check on you at home then."

If it were supernatural, she could handle it. But if it was a physical illness, she should consult a doctor. Most things should be left to the experts.

"Alright," Joe reluctantly agreed.

Howard, however, always used these chances to prescribe him all sorts of medications, which he found troublesome.

It was late at night when Harvey finished work.

He was currently busy with a project, so everyone, including him, one of the shareholders, had to work overtime.

Tonight was considerably early compared to the past few days when they'd sometimes pulled all-nighters.

At the front of the company, Harvey waved goodbye to a few colleagues. They each got into their cars and headed home.

Her face was delicate and striking, but her sharp eyes gleamed as she stared intently at Harvey.

Harvey's expression turned cold immediately, and his earlier concern disappeared. He recalled Charles' phone call yesterday, in which he repeatedly warned him to be wary of Ruth, the daughter of those two despicable people.

Looking at the woman in front of him, whose features were a blend of those two scumbags, he instantly confirmed her identity.

It was Ruth.

"Why aren't you saying anything? Are you Harvey or not?" Ruth asked impatiently, irritated by his silence despite her clear question.
