My Ex-Wife and Kids Came In Like A Wrecking Ball Chapter 1369–Car Broke Down

It was quiet again in the car.

Byron thought Rosalie would comfort him or explain after his generous words.

However, Rosalie said nothing for some time.

Anger almost overpowered Byron, but he had just said those things and could only endure the wrath.

Fortunately, Nox told him about it in time.

Otherwise, the thought of Rosalie taking for granted her working with Xander made him angry.

‘You can also take this free clinic as a trip away from the incident before.”

Byron said something he did not mean to say, ‘The comments on the internet in the past two days must have caused a great impact on you. It’s my fault. I originally planned to take you on a trip when I returned from a business trip, but this free clinic seems a good opportunity.”

Rosalie snapped out of her thought. Something struck her, and she said,” I’m sorry to trouble you because of the comments.”

Byron frowned. “It’s because of me that you were wronged. I should apologize to you.”

Rosalie hesitated and continued. “Even so, I should be the one filing a lawsuit against those who criticized me. I’m afraid everyone will misunderstand your actions…”

She was afraid everyone would misunderstand that they were married.

That was precisely what Byron wanted.

Puzzled, Byron asked, “What misunderstanding would it cause?”

Feeling helpless, Rosalie looked at him and said nothing.

The man knew exactly what she meant, but he pretended not to understand.

Byron could see through her thought, but he did not feel guilty. “Just let them misunderstand, then. Anyway, I don’t wish anyone to offend my woman foolishly.”

They got off the highway safely.

‘You must have been scared.”

Byron pulled over by the roadside and looked at the woman beside him apologetically. ‘The car was fine when we left. Maybe something pierced the tire.”

Rosalie’s heart hammered until the car pulled over safely. She heaved a sigh of relief and said, “Fortunately, nothing serious happened, and we were near the exit.”

Suddenly, something struck her. She looked at the time on her phone and was anxious. “I might not make it to the free clinic.”

Byron said, “If you’re in a hurry, wait here first. I’ll have someone drive another car to take you there.”

Subconsciously, Rosalie asked him, “What about you? Don’t you have work to do in Hiro?”
