Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 181

He was a yellow-skinned Asian, but Rebecca didn't know if he was from China.

"Sir, are you okay?" Immediately, Rebecca reached out to help him.

However, before Rebecca touched him, the man's hand reached out and blocked it.

Rebecca was not irritated, partly because she didn't like being touched by strangers. But seeing his anguished face, Rebecca didn't want to leave him alone, so she continued. "Sir, what's wrong with you? Do you want me to call an ambulance for you?"

Hearing Rebecca's amiable voice, the man pressed his body against the elevator wall to prevent himself from sliding down. Then, he looked up and gradually looked at Rebecca.

When he recognized Rebecca at first glance, he immediately became less resistant to her.

"No ambulance. Just take me to the hospital." He didn't want to disturb the hotel, nor the organizers of the economic forum and anyone else, so the man said to Rebecca in a mute voice.

He was actually Chinese.

"Okay, there's a hospital near the hotel. I'll take you there." As she spoke, Rebecca went to pick up the man, put his arm on her shoulder, and stood him up.

"Ding Dong." There was another soft sound and the elevator reached the first floor.

Seeing the elevator door open, Rebecca held the man and walked out.

Silence reigned.

Rebecca did not hesitate. She took the bill and immediately went to pay it. Then the nurse brought a wheelchair over. Rebecca pushed him to undergo examinations.

Fortunately, the painkiller worked. He didn't seem to be in pain anymore, but he was in poor mental condition. He kept his eyes closed and rested.

Since it was late and many examinations were inaccessible, the doctor judged that the man might have a gastric ulcer, so he only did a general examination of the stomach.

Sure enough, the sharp pain was also caused by his stomach.

The doctor prescribed some medicine and suggested that he stay in the hospital for observation.

The man kept silent. Considering his situation, Rebecca agreed to it for him.
