"Okay." Looking at Lucy, Adam smiled and replied. Instead, he put Rebecca in his arm and said to everyone with a smile, "Rebecca and I will go upstairs to change our clothes. We'll go down later."
"Let's go upstairs first!" As he spoke, he lowered his head and looked at Rebecca in his arm with a gentle look.
Rebecca glanced at him, nodded and smiled, then said politely to everyone, "Auntie, excuse me for a moment! Grandpa, uncle, mom, Adam and I will be here after a while."
"Okay, fine!" Rarely, Julia smiled and replied Rebecca.
Rebecca smiled back at Julia and walked upstairs with Adam.
"Go get some fruit and drinks." After going upstairs and entering the room, Adam let go of Rebecca and ordered the servants outside.
The servant responded and quickly walked away.
"There's no need to go downstairs. Take a rest." When the servant walked away, Adam said to Rebecca again.
Rebecca was not stupid. She could tell at a glance that no one was smiling at her from the bottom of their hearts, including Julia.
She didn't want to deal with the group of people from the Scott family. Now that Adam said she didn't have to go downstairs, she was naturally happy. So, she nodded, went straight to the sofa, put down her backpack, took out her laptop, and began to do her own work.
When he noticed the blush on her face, he could not help but curl up the corners of his lips to a happy and satisfied arc.
"Adam Williams."
However, all of a sudden, Rebecca turned around again. Her pupils were dark, clear, and extremely clean without even any lust. She called him seriously and solemnly.
When he looked into Rebecca's eyes, Adam's nerves were suddenly tightened. He had a strong bad feeling and it suddenly began to spread in his mind.
