Tristan continued, "So, my dad's been all about these health supplements lately. He's taking these pills every night that apparently make him feel super strong, sleep like a baby, and he’s bursting with energy. I even had the hospital check them out, and they said there's nothing wrong with the powder."

Calix raised an eyebrow. "And... you need my sister's help with this?"

Tristan chuckled, looking a bit sheepish. "Calix, you know me too well. That's exactly it."

Calix smirked. "Oh, we're such great friends, right? I haven't forgotten how your cousin Daniela bullied my sister Josie last time! Daniela might be your cousin, but Josie's my sister."

"Calix, I know, I know. Josie’s practically family to me, even closer than Daniela. I really gave Daniela a piece of my mind and decided to cut ties with her. We can't let someone like that ruin our years of friendship, right?"

They'd been friends for ages, and to be fair, last time wasn't entirely Tristan's fault.

"Look, I'll talk to Josie, see what she thinks. After all, she was the one who got wronged last time. Even if she decides not to help, she'd be absolutely in the right."

Calix picked up his phone and quickly messaged Josefina, explaining the situation. She replied promptly, "Calix, he's your friend. Last time wasn't his fault. Bring me the powder, I'll have someone analyze it."
