- Zeus Point of view -

Never in my life I felt this so much scared, and I don’t care if I sound so weak. I want my mate to be safe. I'm afraid of losing her and that piece of shit, forcefully mated with her.

The three hours travel from the Omnirous pack become one-hour travel because of my adrenaline. I need to prepare my army for battle. I don't know the enemy capabilities that's why I need to be more careful.

I rush into my Mother's room.

"Mother! Kath was kidnap." I said.

"I know." She said looking down into a piece of paper.

"You know? How?" I asked.

"There's someone who send me photos of her and give this letter to me." She said giving me the envelope in her desk. I saw her tears running down to her cheeks.

"Mother?" I look at her completely confused.

I open the envelope and I saw Kath sleeping in a bed with a man beside her. But his face was hidden. I look all the picture until it came to the last one. It's my Father with a woman younger than him. Maybe she's at her 30's, they are hugging each other.

"That is Veronica, your father's real mate." And then she collapsed and cry so hard hugging herself. I felt mad at my father for betraying my mother. That's the reason why I didn't see him this past few days. He is with her.

I look into my mother while she's holding her sobs.

"Mother are you alright?" I asked worrying that she can’t take it.

"I'm fine Zeus. I felt bad for myself because of what happening right now. But look, your father seems so happy with her, I can take it. I will reject him soon for him to be with his mate." She said faking her smile.

"Don't worry Mom, I'm still here with you." I said hugging her, but before I forget. I need to ask her about this Markus. "Mom, Markus is still alive." I said.

She pushes me a little bit and look shocked in what I said.

"That's impossible! I saw how my Dad killed him in front of me. I can't hear his heartbeat anymore and our bond was gone." She said.

"Mother listen to me. I don't know what happened but this Markus, he got Katharina and he wants to destroy the Kingdom." I said.

"No! The Markus I know will not do that! He is kind and loving person!" She said.

I look at him in disgust, looking so worried for a stupid weak girl. My master or should I say friend need to know about their plan. I don't want him to lose in this fight. He needs to prepare his men and Duren's fighters for this war.

Zeus look at me and I fake half smile to him to cover my smirk. He's too stupid to realize that I am the spy in this castle.

I look into the super moon in the sky. My heart was broken into million pieces once again. He is still ALIVE! I keep saying to myself.

After twenty-five years of believing that he was dead, now my Son telling me that my mate is still alive and kidnap my soon to be daughter-in-law. I can't believe that he can do that. He was so kind and loving person of his pack. He is the Alpha of Alurious pack that was loved and respect by everyone.

I can't understand. When I saw him there, laying lifeless in front of me, I can feel the emptiness inside of me, I felt the loosened of our bond.

I know that he has an explanation about this. I need to know the truth, I need to talk to him, I need to see him again and most especially I want to save Katharina for my son.

I'm going to see Markus.
