Sylvia tried to flee from the other side of the car but Odell grabbed her by the waist and held her tightly in his arms. He then said to the driver, “Drive.”

The driver started the car before asking in a lowered tone of voice, “Sir, where are we going? Back to the house?”

“Anywhere but the house.” “Yes, sir.”
