LUNA
I was currently checking the sales report of all the branches of my salons when I smelled a familiar scent. Hugo boss.
"Good afternoon, Cinderella. Your servant is here to take you home." Dylan greets us with his smile.
I raised an eyebrow and leaned back in my swivel chair. "Oh?"
"I'm sorry, Ma'am Luna. he said he was your husband." Explanation by my secretary who was next to Dylan.
"he's my husband." I seconded while smiling. The woman was shocked. "Leave us, please?"
My secretary left. Dylan walked over to me and sat down on top of my desk.
I stumbled. "Don't you have any manners?"
He smiled foolishly. "Yup. I think my hair got too long. Will you cut it for me?"
I noticed. His hair was about to cover his eyes. I stood up and approached him. I was in the middle of his thigh and I wrapped my arm around his waist.
"Sure. In exchange for a kiss."
He laughed softly. "Not a problem."
His dark eyes fell suddenly to my mouth. He bent without thinking and kissed me, hard. His mouth left mine seconds later, long before I had time to savour the warmth of it, and he was back to normal.
We went out and I sat him in the chair in front of the mirror. I know my staff is amazed by what they see. It's because I never told them about Dylan.
"Take care of my good looks, ha." He said playfully.
"Wait, where is it?" I looked at the floor. "I've already stepped on the beauty you're talking about."
"Ouch. A straight right into my ego, wife." He said while laughing.
I kissed him quickly on the cheek before picking up the scissors in the container next to me. I grabbed his soft hair and cut it. Our session lasted about half a minute. I removed the cloth tied around his neck and combed the few hairs that went down his neck.
He stood up and faced me. "Thanks. I can look for a girl again— Ow!"
I sneered at him so he stopped what he was saying. He held his stomach. It only took a while for him to recover as well.
"Girl my ass. Stupid." I said in disgust. I confronted my staff who had been watching us for a while. "You guys take care of closing the Salon."
I hurried out. I was walking closer to our car when people stopped me.
"Calm down, Baby. I was just kidding." Dylan said calmly.
"Bad joke, Dylan Caden Reyes." I faced him seriously and looked at him sharply.
"I'm sorry. You know I will never trade you for another woman. I'm lucky because I'm tied to you, eh." His eyes glimmer as his gaze dropped to my lips. "Forgive this poor, poor man, Luna."
"Don't even try to look for another woman, huh? If you do that, I'll bury you alive."
He leaned me against the car door. "Eh, can’t you just kill me with your kiss? I’m pretty sure, I’ll die happily."
I pinched his rib. "You’re so corny."
His lean hand lifted to my face, and his thumb traced under my lower lip with expert deliberation.
"Don't you dare, Luna?"
"Why?"
"If you don't know the number, don't reply. Even on the call, don't answer."
My forehead furrowed. "What if he's an important person?"
"Based on his text, he's not an important person. So, stop being curious, Luna."
I took a deep breath and put the phone back inside my bag. I grabbed his thigh and squeezed. I felt it tense.
"Luna, I'm driving."
"But, you're mad at me." I pouted.
"I'm not mad at you."
"Not at all?" I said.
His tongue read her lower lip. "You want to know how mad I am?"
"Yeah?"
"I'll show you later. In our bedroom. On the bed. Naked." He said playfully.
"Hmm. Sneaky."
