The squad leader was worried she might change her mind at the last minute, and only when she got a firm answer would she be there, and the squad leader would be relieved. 
She had brought her husband with her tonight. He was a professional elite, and he was thinking of changing jobs. If she could reconcile with Romina and have her husband join the Lan Group, the family wouldn’t have to worry.

Romina had initially considered changing into a dress, but after trying it on, she decided to hang it back in the closet. In the end, she opted for loungewear, which felt much more comfortable. 
She changed in the bathroom and looked in the mirror again, feeling satisfied. 
She left the room satisfied. 
She hadn’t previously cared so much about her appearance; her good looks and elegant demeanor easily overwhelmed anyone. 
This time, however, she was concerned about her image, perhaps because she and Merissa were transitioning into a romantic relationship. 
When she wore a business suit, she looked too professional, which could have intimidated others. 
As for a dress, there was no need for a class reunion; casual clothes would be more natural and appropriate. 
It was just a gathering of classmates and friends, so a natural look was best. 
Almost everyone in the Lan Group had gone off work. When Romina went down to the first floor, there were no one around and it had become quiet.
