Merissa didn’t care whether she made the tonic soup herself or not. As long as she brought it to him personally, even if it was just plain water, he would be happy. “Have you drunk it?” 
Merissa asked her. 
Romina said, “I had breakfast before leaving, so of course I drank it. You can drink it and see how it tastes.”

“Today’s morning meeting is very important. I can’t miss it.” 
She’s the vice president. 

Merissa put down his insulated lunch box and stood up to see her off. “Whenever you’re free, just let me know. I’m always available for any cooperation.”
