While King Gawain I's tone remained calm, Zedran felt an endless chill creeping up his spine.

"Your humble servant deserves the death penalty!" Zedran immediately shouldered all the blame and responsibility without any hesitation.

Upon hearing the king's anger, the guards around stared icily at Zedran, with their hands poised and ready to attack.

At this moment, with merely a single command from King Gawain I, they would seize Zedran immediately!
