The Clarkson family had overwhelmed her. She couldn't muster the courage to move forward with him.
So.
What else could he do?
He had tried every method, both gentle and forceful.
It was more perplexing than an advanced calculus problem.
The next day.
Serena arranged to meet Dailey.
But the members of the Clarkson family were hesitant.
Jayne suggested, "Perhaps you should spend more time getting to know each other at home first."
Serena smiled, "Aunt Jayne, I understand your concerns, but that woman is no longer in Vista Town."
Jayne was aware of this.
After all, they had been monitoring Christine's whereabouts.
They even knew her current location.
It was impressive that Serena had managed to uncover this within a day of her return.
This kind of resourcefulness and background was exactly what the Clarkson family needed.
And what Dailey needed.
"I've erased all traces. Even if he wanted to find her today, he couldn't, and leaving wouldn't be easy."
Seeing how far things had gone, Jayne allowed Linden to let Dailey out.
Dailey emerged wearing a deep blue shirt with black trousers and a black overcoat.
He was tall and lean, with broad shoulders and a narrow waist.
His expression was calm as he adjusted his cuffs, descending the stairs one by one.
His eyes seemed to acknowledge no one.
Yet Serena's gaze never left him, as a sense of determination gathered within her.
"Grandfather, Grandmother, Mother."
Dailey's eyes briefly swept over his family as he asked, "Are you really letting me leave?"
Serena spoke before anyone else could, "I invited you out, and your family is graciously granting me this opportunity."
Dailey didn't reply and walked out without hesitation.
Serena followed him.
Linden trailed behind.
"Linden, I'll drive Dailey. You can follow us in another car."
Linden chuckled, "Understood, I won't intrude on your private conversation."
However, Dailey didn't get into Serena's car; instead, he continued to walk toward the gate.
He wasn't surprised by how she knew.
People like them needed to investigate their opponents thoroughly.
"Turn right."
Serena paused, "Aren't you going to..."
"I never said that."
Dailey interrupted coolly, "I’m going to check on the company."
"It's been a few days. Things might be out of order."
At the Ford Group headquarters.
As soon as the white Maserati stopped, Dailey got out of the car.
Some employees recognized him and asked, "Mr. Clarkson, did you change your car?"
Dailey shook his head.
Then everyone saw a stunning woman step out of the car.
With cascading red curls and a long red dress, she had an impeccable figure.
Her every move exuded elegance, and the Cartier bracelet on her wrist was worth a car.
"Mr. Clarkson, is she your girlfriend?"
