Wilbur gave it some thought and chose to be nice about it. "Guys, this really is private property. You can have your Zumba session somewhere outside of Sealake Island, where it's open to the public."
"Kiss my ass! It's much nicer in there. You're not fooling anyone!"
"We're going in there for our Zumba, and that's that! Get out of the way!"
"You're going to grow old one day too, young man! It's not very respectful of you to treat old folks like this!"
Wilbur was immediately annoyed by their words.
How dare these people try to guilt-trip him into complying?
Whether or not these folks were trying to get their way using their age, they were crossing a line.
Wilbur stared at the dozens of old folks shouting at him. Birds of a feather really did flock together.
"Get lost! Don't try anything stupid. My patience has its limits."
Wilbur's words were laced with a hint of spirit energy, leaving the old folks rooted on the spot from fear.
Wilbur and Shepard made their way over the bridge into the island. Wilbur then turned to Charles. "Kick anyone out who tries to force their way in."
"Yes, sir," said Charles.
Wilbur turned to head inside.
This island held way too many secrets for it to be a place open to just about anyone.
Besides, it was also Wilbur's resting place.
How was he supposed to cultivate and rest in peace with these old geezers shouting around the island?
Age was not an excuse to act out of line, regardless of how harmless your goal was.
Wilbur headed to his room with Shepard in tow.
Not long after, Elsa, Faron, Eileen, Faye, Chester, Zeke, and the others were called over and showed up at Wilbur's room, where he introduced Shepard to everyone.
The crowd oohed and ahhed at the sight of another Super Sanctuary level cultivator, greeting Shepard warmly.
Shepard himself could hardly contain his shock as well.
Excluding Wilbur, there were three other Sanctuary level cultivators in this room. One of them was even at the Super Sanctuary level.
At Orin's current position, it would be near impossible to move even higher up the ranks.
An accomplishment like this one did not just come by every other day.
All of that was thanks to none other than Wilbur.
Elsa glared at the look of satisfaction on Faron's face, sneering coldly.
Faron flared up at once. "What's your problem? You managed to get Venomadder, didn't you? What the hell are you even jealous of?"
"I just have a problem with you. What are you gonna do about it, huh?" Elsa retorted swiftly.
Indeed, Elsa had gotten something good out of this at no cost as well.
Venomadder had shown up personally at Special Forces to turn himself in, which meant that the credit automatically went to Elsa.
It was just that Elsa and Faron hated each other by default.
Wilbur hurried to mediate and said, "That's enough, you two!"
