Julian took Willow to the suite and opened the door with the access card. It was their first time staying in a hotel room together.
The lights were off. All of their senses were heightened. While Willow was still in a daze, she was pressed against the sturdy door
and forced to accept Julian’s kisses.
The faint scent of aftershave and the strong smell of tobacco lingered on his body. All of that invaded Willow’s senses while Julian
was kissing her passionately. Willow could hardly stay on her feet since her legs were shaking…
The two of them stumbled across the room and got to where the couch was. Julian’s coat had been taken off, followed by Willow’s
stockings. Her legs trembled slightly as she felt the fabric of Julian’s black suit pants against her skin. 1
Julian caressed her face and demanded, “Say that you don’t like Jeffrey.”
There was no way Willow would say something like that.
She did not have any special feelings for Jeffrey. At the same time, she did not want to say those words for the sake of proving that
she was loyal to Julian either.
Willow did not see the need to explain something that was completely unfounded when Julian was seeing another woman
himself. Besides, she was also trying to divorce Julian.
Willow said something else to irk him instead.
She mimicked what Julian did and caressed his face. She muttered in a low voice, “I might just fall for him.”
Julian fixed her with a piercing gaze. There was a look of pure venom in his eyes. He hoisted Willow up in his arms.
It was impossible for Willow to break free from Julian’s grip since there was a huge difference in their physical strengths.
Willow simply turned her face away and said flatly, “Julian, since when have you become such an unreasonable person? There are
a bunch of ladies out there who are willing to spend the night with you. So, why force me to do this? I won’t do it with you.”
“I’m forcing you? Willow, you’re saying that I’m forcing us, a married couple, to spend the night together?”
Julian halted.
He stared at Willow’s face intently. He could see the beads of sweat on her fair skin. Then, Julian cupped her face and kissed her.
He mumbled almost inaudibly, “Willow, do you not have any urges?”
Willow shut her eyes. “I can just take care of that with someone else.”
Julian was exasperated with how bull–headed she was. He lost interest at that moment.
“No,” Willow replied without the slightest hint of hesitation.
She lay against the couch and said in a hoarse voice, “I will never forget the humiliation I suffered that day. I don’t think you
should ever forget about it either, Julian.
“You should realize how it’s time to put an end to this relationship each time you recall that memory. Any attempts to salvage
this relationship are utterly absurd and pointless.”
Julian turned his eyes to her.
“Let’s talk about money and business, then. I can agree to getting a divorce, but not now. We need to wait two years before doing
it, Willow.
“It’s too much if you want 20% of Nebula’s shares. You can have 10% of our shares. I’ll transfer 5% of the shares under my name to you first as a sign of goodwill. I’ll transfer the other 10% to you on the day we proceed with the divorce.
“I’m sure you know the market price for 10% of our shares. They’re worth at least 30 billion dollars. You won’t be able to get that much money through a divorce lawsuit. We’ve signed a prenuptial agreement, after all.”
