Sylvia had already sat up with her daughter in her arms. Charles turned around and ran over to ask with concern. "Sylvia, Jennifer, are you okay?"
Sylvia was checking Jennifer's body. She was protected in her arms and was intact. She only had a scratch on her skin. She shook her head at the moment. "We’re okay."
"It's okay. You should pay attention. This woman Sheryl is not easy to mess with. I'm afraid she won't let you go easily." Charles sighed and helped Sylvia up.
"Jennifer, thank uncle. He helped us just now, otherwise mommy and you would be injured by now." Sylvia immediately ordered to Jennifer.
"Thank you, Uncle Charles." Jennifer said sweetly.
"You're welcome." Charles smiled, "In the future, you should pay more attention to protecting yourself. Try to stay in places with many people, and don't go alone to places with few people. Do you understand?"
"Okay, I understand." Jennifer nodded.
Charles took them into the car and drove out.
"Arthur, what should we do? If reporters find out what happened between me and Elaine, it will not be good for Elaine. She will be laughed at by the children in the kindergarten." Arthur sat in the car without saying anything. He mentioned that he was worried that his image would be damaged if the ugly photos were exposed, and he just mentioned Elaine.
She knew that Arthur cared about Elaine.
Arthur had a sullen face and said calmly: "No, those two reporters will not expose it."
Today he deliberately kissed Sylvia in front of Charles. Charles would definitely not let these revelations come out. Those two reporters are his subordinates and it was just a matter of words.
"Sheryl, if you provoke Sylvia again, you will never have to see Elaine again." Arthur suddenly spoke sternly.
"Okay, I understand. I'm sorry." Sheryl immediately agreed with a downcast eyebrow.
Arthur became sullen and stopped talking.
Suddenly
But a Rolls-Royce drove up.
Sylvia turned around and saw Arthur getting out of the car.
"What are you doing here?" Arthur stared at her with stern eyes, his face was horrifying, as if he was interrogating a prisoner.
Not to be outdone, Sylvia said loudly: "Of course I'm here to see my sons."
"You are not worthy. Please leave here immediately, otherwise, I will have you blasted away." Arthur was extremely cold and merciless.
"Arthur." Sylvia's anger exploded in her heart, "We had agreed at the beginning that Chris and Hendrick would follow me this week, but because the grandparents have to be with the children, in order to worry about the elderly, I compromised, but it doesn’t mean I gave up. Today happens to be the end of the week. I want to come and see the children and take them home by the way. You can go to the kindergarten to pick them up next week."
Arthur raised his eyebrows and asked in a rude manner: "What was agreed upon at the beginning? Who agreed? What was agreed upon? When did I promise you?"
