He got angry and said: "Very good, since you two are so ignorant, then go hungry. You won't be allowed to go to school tomorrow, and you won't be allowed to see each other again with you mommy."
He threw up his sleeves and walked to the study angrily.
When the two little guys heard this, they started crying and making a fuss inside. They cried until they were hoarse.
Wendy was so anxious that she hurried to the study.
"Arthur, why are you so angry at the children? Didn't you hear them crying so miserably inside? You don't feel sorry, but I feel sorry for them. What time has it been? The two little guys didn't even have dinner. They haven't eaten yet. Is there anyone like you who can be a father?" She said in a serious tone.
But Arthur was not moved at all and replied: "Mom, it is precisely because we are always obedient to them that they have developed their arrogant character. This time, I must cure their bad habits and not be used to them."
Wendy was anxious and distressed, but she couldn't persuade her son to give in. She was so distressed that she burst into tears.
"I think it's you who are arrogant, and you said the children are arrogant." She criticized harshly and walked out.
The night is getting darker.
Sylvia stood outside and huddled up. The autumn night wind was really cold. She walked in a hurry and wore very little clothes. She stood shivering in the cold wind.
She tried calling Arthur's cell phone, but it was all turned off.
She didn't know what was going on with the children inside, so she called Butler Lang, who came out to see her and told her that Chris and Hendrick were still locked in the room and hadn't even eaten dinner, and they won’t be going to school tomorrow and wouldn't let the kids see her again.
She was angry and scared. She didn't dare to leave. She was afraid that the children would be hungry after leaving, and she was even more afraid that she would never see them again.
Butler Lang didn't dare to let Sylvia in, fearing that Arthur would blame him if he found out.
Sylvia could only stand in the night wind and wait for Arthur to show his kindness and allow her to go in to meet the children.
Suddenly it began to rain in the sky. It was a little light at first, but gradually became heavier. The rain soon soaked her hair, clothes, and then her whole body.
In the study, Arthur was answering a call from Marivic.
"Arthur, didn't your grandpa agree with you last night? Before you and Sylvia remarry, let Sylvia and the children stay with me." Marivic personally took care of the ingredients today and cooked them for Sylvia and the children. There was a table full of delicious food, but she waited until it got dark and didn't see them coming, so she called Arthur.
"Grandma, I promise to send Chris and Hendrick to you tomorrow. It's too late today." Arthur accompanied him with a smile.
"You brat, are you bullying Sylvia again?" Marivic asked worriedly.
"No, why should I bully her?" Arthur felt guilty and looked outside. It seemed like it was raining heavily.
At this moment, Butler Lang's voice came from outside.
He covered the mouthpiece, opened the door, stared at Butler Lang with piercing eyes, and motioned for him to leave.
Seeing his horrified expression, Butler Lang had no choice but to retreat.
