Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 883

Even through the phone, Larissa could feel Haskell’s excitement. She smiled. "Congratulations."

Ever since he’d confirmed Rigby was his brother, Haskell had wanted to publicly acknowledge their relationship, even if he never said it out loud. Larissa knew he couldn't stand seeing his brother slandered and wronged any longer. But he refused to force Rigby, choosing instead to respect his wishes. Now that Rigby himself wanted to reveal his identity, Haskell was naturally overjoyed.

Larissa got out of the car, shutting the door behind her as she walked toward her villa in the East End. "So, when are you planning to break the news?"

A deep, magnetic laugh came from the other end of the line. "That depends on how you plan to ride this wave of publicity."

A knowing smile touched Larissa’s lips. "You always know what I'm thinking, Haskell."

She paused for a moment before continuing, "I'm going to let the rumors simmer for another two days. Once the buzz hits its peak on the third day, I'll use the opportunity to clear Rigby's name of all the old dirt they've thrown at him over the years."

"Then five days from now," Haskell replied, "I’ll officially announce that Rigby is my brother."

"By the way," Larissa added, "what's the situation with Sire? He might make a move when you go public with Rigby's identity."

Haskell sounded like he had already anticipated this. "I'm counting on it. But I'm fully prepared. Nothing will happen to my grandfather or Sire. It's time to put an end to this internal struggle within the Palmer family, once and for all."

Hearing that, Larissa laughed cheerfully. "Well then, I wish you the best of luck!"

Haskell echoed her sentiment with a smile in his voice. "You too. I hope everything goes smoothly."
