Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 419

“Rest assured, Mr. Lincoln,” Damon said. “I’ve already given the order. The video will be released tonight at eight o’clock. We’ll make sure that girl’s reputation is in tatters. From now on, no one in this city will be able to think of her without remembering this scandal.”

Satisfied, Lucius stood up. “I’ve spoken with the other entertainment companies in Regal City. They’ve all agreed to block Starlight Media’s resources at every turn. Now, all that’s left is for you to prepare for the conference this Saturday. I don’t care what it takes, but the rights to “Heaven’s Will” cannot fall into Starlight Media’s hands.”

He paused, adding another warning. “And make sure your daughter behaves. I have no patience for disobedient women. If she plays her part, the lead role in “Heaven’s Will” will be hers. If not, I have no problem recasting it.”

“I understand. I will have a serious talk with Livia,” Damon promised, walking Lucius to the elevator.

As soon as Lucius was gone, Damon furiously dialed his daughter’s number. “You foolish girl! How dare you cause trouble for Mr. Lincoln!”

On the other end, Livia’s voice was a mixture of tears and anger. “Dad, he’s keeping another woman! We’re engaged, and he’s already cheating on me! What do you think will happen after we’re married? Do you really want me to marry him?”

“Every successful man has his affairs!” Damon retorted. “You should be grateful that Mr. Lincoln even looks at you. Stop causing trouble!”

“Other women can tolerate their husbands having mistresses, but I can’t! If Lucius insists on keeping Honora, then I’m calling off the engagement!”

“You—”

Before he could finish, she hung up. Damon was livid. If he angered Lucius now, his company wouldn’t just lose a powerful ally, it would face ruin.
