NATALIE'S POV:

I was waiting in the room for Theodore to come. I wanted to go to him, but Kylie told me that he had some work and he would be back in some time.

It was more than an hour and I lost my patience.

"Where is Theodore? Why hasn't he come till now?" I asked them angrily.

"I am here, Natalie," I heard his sexy voice. I turned back and saw Theodore standing at the door, with a smile on his lips. I ran towards him and hugged him tightly.

"Where were you?" I asked him clutching his vest.

"Just had some important work," he replied.

Theodore had a word with Kylie, Anna, and Cassandra, and they left the room. Theodore locked the door and lifted me in his arms taking me to the bed.

He carefully kept me on the bed and he too lay beside me.

He kissed my forehead and I looked at him. His eyes reflected a tremendous love that he had for me.

"I love you, I promise I won't let anyone harm you, " He said caressing my face.

"I know Theodore, you will always protect me, " I replied because I trusted him a lot. I knew that he would never let me get a single scratch on my body and would always protect me.

"Do you love me back?" he asked and I nodded because I did love him back.

"Can I get a promise from you? He asked and I nodded again.

"Will you stay away from Abram? If he tells you anything, that my life is in danger, or any such thing and will try to take you away from the pack, you won't go with him and will tell me immediately. And if I am not there, you will immediately tell it to Steven, Daniel, Zen, or their mates. Promise me, " Theodore said.

Why does he not trust Abram, though he saved my life?" I thought.

"But Abram is not evil Theodore, he rescued me, he went against his brother, " I replied.

"Time shall tell you, Natalie, whether he is innocent or wicked, but you have to promise till then you won't believe what he says, " he told.

"I promise you, Theodore, " I replied and he kissed my forehead. He pulled me in his arms and I snuggled more into him. My eyes starred get sloppy and I went into a deep slumber.

"Mark me? What does that mean?" I asked as I did not understand what she meant.

"Marking you means, if a werewolf finds his mate, he marks her by biting on the shoulder. This creates an even stronger bond between the werewolf and his mate," Cassandra explained.

"Did your mates mark you?" I asked them. Anna and Cassandra nodded; while Kylie whined, "I have not found my mate yet!"

"Oh, is it? You did not fall in love with any guy? No crush?" I asked her,.

"Natalie, all werewolf's are blessed with a mate by the moon goddess," Kylie replied.

"Oh man, you wolfies are so interesting, tell me something more about yourself, "I told with an excitement in my voice.

"We will tell you everything, but first freshen up and come to the dining for breakfast," Anna said.

"Okay. I will quickly freshen and come," I told and went to the bathroom to freshen up.
