THEODORE'S POV:

I went to the hospital room to check Abram. He was still lying unconscious.

I mind linked Steven, Daniel, and Zen and asked them to come to my office.

"Theodore what's the matter, why did you call us so urgently?" Steven asked.

"Theodore, please don't keep mum. Is everything okay?" Daniel asked worriedly.

"Nothing is fine, guys," I replied.

"Brother, why are you so panicky? Tell us what's the matter? You seem to be disturbed, " Zen told.

I closed the door of my office and bolted it.

"Guys now listen to me carefully, " I said.

( Author's Note: Whatever Theodore is going to discuss with Steven, Daniel and Zen is going to be a secret which will get unfolded as the story proceeds)

Beta Steven, Gamma Daniel, and Zen were shocked listening to what I said.

"Beta Steven, Gamma Daniel, I want you both to be alert and increase the patrolling on the borders as well as in our pack, " I commanded.

"Ya don't worry Alpha Theodore, " Daniel assured me.

"Please take care of your mate Natalie, and yourself too, " Steven said.

I nodded and went back to my room.

"Where is Theodore, why has he not come till now?" Natalie asked the girls.

"I am here, Natalie", I answered smiling and she came rushing towards me.

"Do you love me back?" I asked and she nodded.

"Can I get a promise from you?" I asked and she nodded again

"Will you stay away from Abram? If he says you anything, that my life is in danger, or any such thing and will try to take you away from the pack, you won't go with him and will tell me immediately. And if I am not there, you'll tell it to Steven, Daniel, Zen or their mates. Promise me, " I said.

"But Abram is not evil Theodore, he rescued me, he went against his brother, " Natalie replied.

"Time shall tell you, Natalie, whether he is innocent or wicked, but you have to promise till then you won't believe what he says, " I told.

"I promise, Theodore, " Natalie replied, and I kissed her forehead.

I took her in my arms and she snuggled into me. I patted her head and in no time she went into a slumber. I too slept hugging her.
