His Woman to Claim novel chapter 18: Back at the Clubhouse

On the ride back to the clubhouse I looked over at Sammy. I saw how Sammy clung to Beast. Sammy felt safe with him. She has not felt safe in a long time. As we pulled into the club compound and got off the bikes I watched how carefully Beast lifted Sammy off the bike. Beast then gently took her hand and walked her into the clubhouse where they sat down at the VIP table. I asked a prospect to bring Sammy coffee.

I made sure to find out what her favorite drinks were and her favorite food. I wanted to make sure that she felt safe with him. I never thought I would meet her let along get her to let me claim her. She still hasn't talked and she continues to fear the men of the club. They looked at her with sad eyes because they watched her grow up here. Bones walked over along with Karen his Valkyrie. Karen leaned down and kissed Sammy on the cheek.

I looked up and smiled. Karen said. Sammy, I am happy you let Beast claim you. After everything that happened to you, you deserve to be happy. They sat and talked when Diamond walked over and sat down. Hey sis she said. I looked over at Diamond. Diamond said I found my man but she looked sad. Who is it Bones asked? Psycho. Bones spit out his beer. What he yelled? No, you can't see him. Don't worry I said. He doesn't know that I exist. I saw a tear run down her sister's face. I reached up and brushed it away before hugging her.

I then shoved her out of the booth. What are you doing Sammy I asked? I pointed at Diamond and then toward Psycho. Psycho sat at a table with his back to the wall. I had been watching Diamond since she arrived at the club. She was beautiful and a bad-ass. But I knew she would not look twice at someone like me. Psycho had a scar that ran from his eyebrow and down to his chin. I knew woman were scared of me and that I was not handsome like most of the men in the club. Hell, even the sluts ran from me.

I hit Diamond and again pointed towards Psycho. I can't go over there. I shook my head yes, and pointed again. When Diamond did not move I stood up and grabbed my sister's hand and pulled her over towards Psycho. What the hell was she doing he thought as they arrived in front of me. All of a sudden Sammy pushed Diamond on Psycho's lap and his arms went around her to keep her from falling. Sammy grinned and walked back to the VIP table.

I reached up and put my arms around Diamond pulling her closer to me and deepening the kiss. When we had to come up for air Diamond was smiling. She looked at me and said. You are mine. I just looked at her. Diamond then did something no woman ever did. She said loud enough for everyone to hear. Hey sluts. Psycho is mine and you need to stay clear of him got it. My mouth dropped open and so did his club members. A woman just claimed a man, the enforcer at that. Bones said I'll be dammed and started laughing.

Psycho you just got yourself a Valkyrie, a wife. What do you have to say about that? I accept her claim. Well shit. Who would have thought. I was clapping her hands and smiling really big.
