His Love His Hate novel Chapter 15

"Can I steal Jordan for a while?" Justin asked Olivia

"Sure, go ahead" she replied with a smile

"Honey please make her feel comfortable" Justin said to his wife before giving her a kiss and leaving with Jordan

"Are you and Jordan married?" Rebecca suddenly asked. Olivia coughed at the question

"Oh my God, are you okay? Here" Rebecca said with concern, offering Olivia a glass of water which she gladly took

After taking a sip from the cup, she felt better so she thanked Rebecca before deciding to answer her question

"I and Jordan aren't together, we are just friends but I'm actually with his twin" Olivia corrected

"Jordan's a twin?" Rebecca asked surprised

"Yeah, his twin is Joseph and they both look the same" Olivia smiled while she said it, just talking about her boyfriend Joseph makes her happy

"Why isn't he here?" Rebecca asked out of curiosity

"He joined the Force. He is presently on a peacekeeping mission"

"That must be really hard for you.... I mean not having him close"

"Yeah" Olivia replied with a sad smile

"Don't you sometimes feel attracted to Jordan since...well.... They look alike?"

Olivia had never thought of Jordan that way, he was as attractive as Joseph, yes, but they are so different

"No I don't. They may look quite the same but they are totally different from each other" she honestly replied

"Wow! You must really be in love with your boyfriend" Rebecca exclaimed

"Yes I am. We were friends from little and he's also my best friend"

"No wonder" Rebecca replied with a fond smile

"Come. Let me show you around" she said to Olivia

"Okay"

Jordan and Justin were outside standing beside the table where the drinks were placed

"When I asked you to come with a date, I didn't know it was going to be Olivia. Are you two that close?" Justin began. Jordan just looked at him and turned away

"I mean...are you sure you both are just friends or is there something else going on that I don't know?" Justin continued

"Can't I bring a friend?" Jordan asked

"Sure you can but... Olivia?..... Have you told her anything yet?" He asked. Jordan gave him a questioning look

"She seems comfortable around you..... That's reason enough to know if you've said anything to her" Justin said trying to justify his question

"She doesn't have to know" Jordan replied

"Oh, so she's still in the dark about how you feel?"

Olivia led him to a room which was adjacent from hers, it was a simple room with a queen sized bed at the center with a night stand beside it and a closet by the left, the room had a touch of white and black with a vanity table and mirror just across the bed, there also was a fluffy rug at the center of the room. The bathroom was just outside. Olivia said goodnight to Jordan then left to her room. She stripped out of her dress and changed into a black leggings and a big shirt owned by Joseph, she inhaled the shirt perceiving Joseph's scent which brought back memories

********Flashback********

Joseph was sitting on his bed with Olivia on top of him, she had her legs wrapped around him while they kissed. Their lips moved in sync as they kissed passionately, she began tracing her hands on his body settling them on his abs, they had grown to be much more firm than they used to be. Olivia guessed it was because of the training he had gone through after joining the Force. She took off his shirt to get a better view and feel of his abs while he placed wet kisses on her jaw down to her throat and neck. Olivia bit her lip in other to suppress a moan. Joseph flipped them so Olivia's back was now on the bed then he straddled her and continued the kiss. Olivia's fingers were tangled in his hair as she wrapped her legs around his torso so she could feel him close. Joseph stopped their make out session so they could both catch their breaths

"Olivia?" He whispered with his forehead placed against hers

"Mmm?" She replied

"You know we can't do this...We made a promise" he continued before leaving her alone in the room

Olivia was hurt by what Joseph just said, she knew they had made a promise not to have sex until they got married but she needed him to make love to her, she wasn't sure she wanted to keep to that promise anymore now that he was going away. Olivia sat on the bed patiently waiting for Joseph to come back, she knew he was trying to control himself because he was a man of his words. Olivia waited until she felt her eyes getting heavy then she slept.

Joseph returned after two hours of staying outside, he didn't want to take advantage of the fact that he wasn't going to be around for a while to break his promise. He wouldn't deny that being close to Olivia and not being intimate with her was the most difficult task he has ever encountered. Joseph slowly climbed on the bed so he wouldn't wake her up. He covered them with the duvet and wrapped his arms around her waist. Olivia turned to face him as soon as she felt his touch. She wrapped her legs around his while her face was nuzzled at the crook of his neck. Joseph could feel her breath on his neck, 'she is so beautiful and cute with every little action she does', he thought to himself before he was also consumed by sleep.

Olivia splashed more water on her face, she felt that talking a lot about Joseph tonight was the only reason she had this memory. When she felt Jordan's hands on her thigh, she knew that she needed Joseph even more. The more she thought about him, the more she needed him. She wiped her face with a towel then left the bathroom to get some sleep which wasn't happening because whenever she tried to close her eyes to sleep, Joseph's face kept popping up, making her wonder why she became needy all of a sudden. Olivia frustratedly got out of bed and went to the living room hoping to watch a movie that would make her fall asleep. She got into the living room only to find Jordan on the couch watching TV, she looked at the clock and saw that it was 2am

"Hey, you aren't alseep yet?" She asked

"Yeah. Couldn't sleep" he replied then turned back to the TV. Olivia decided to join him on the couch and watch the movie he was already watching.

Jordan didn't feel like going to bed after changing into the clothes Olivia had given him, so he went to the living room to watch a movie. He was almost half way through the movie when he heard soft footsteps coming down the stairs, he turned to see Olivia. She was wearing black leggings and a shirt that belonged to his brother which made him feel a sudden anger. Olivia had asked him if he wasn't yet asleep and after replying her question, he quickly turned back to the TV to contain his already built up anger

They were both watching the movie when Jordan suddenly felt something on his shoulder, he turned to see that Olivia had fallen asleep and had unconsciously placed her head on his shoulder. Jordan tensed at the contact at first but later relaxed. He slowly removed her head from his shoulder and carefully carried her bridal style upstairs to her room, gently placing her on the bed so she wouldn't wake up, then he tucked her in and switched off the light on her nightstand before leaving the room, quietly shutting the door behind him.
